Not bad, good rest of a bed. Wouldn’t be my first option.

We won’t be staying at this hotel again and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else.

The room had a musty smell that wasn’t pleasant. The sheets in the bed had stains on them and there was garbage piled by the entrance door.

Very poor- especially given the purpose of visit.
Pros:

I was overcharged for stay. Still waiting for refund from EconoLodge for second night (7/18/25) that was cancelled at the time of check-in on first day (7/17/25). The out-of-state automobile travel to SD (1,400+ miles) was because of the funeral for a very dear friend with an immediate return home for important Family matters. The lack of response by EconoLodge to resolve this matter (after phone call and e-mail efforts) has only added additional discontentment with your organization. This EconLodge experience was a poor demonstration of hospitality and customer service.

Cons:

Customer service, hospitality, follow-through and attitude of front desk clerk at check-in and his apparent lack of ability to better represent EconoLodge.
