Pros:

Fantastic central location, yet calm and quiet. Clean, spacious room and comfortable beds. The house keeping always prepared the room beautifully and played jazz music radio for when we are back in the room.

Cons:

Quite pricy. Water bottles would have been really appreciated. The lighting could be brighter.

Waited around 30 mins for someone to attend the check in desk to check us in after a tiring long haul fight. The view was absolutely shocking from our room 506. The value for money was absolutely shocking.

It was a great vibe, stylish, great bars and restaurants attached.
Pros:

The room was stylish with a great vibe. The Le Labo soap is amazing.
The quality of bars and restaurants were fantastic and staff in the restaurant and bar were incredible. Except it’s really hard to go to the rooftop bar because it’s so crowded almost all of the time - I only glimpsed in it.

Cons:

I got really frustrated with the room Services. I asked multiple times to restock mini bar - just the Chardonnay to no avail. There’s a nasty little note in the fridge to say you’ll be charged a fee if you put your own things in the fridge. Really tricky if you’re staying eight days like I did and you’ve got medicine etc that needs to be refrigerated or simply you want water cold? I asked to know yet not have turned down service and instead just give me some more water. The problem with turndown service as they fold the bed back and close all the curtains and windows at about 4 o’clock in the afternoon so when you come back to your room after a day of work and you’re not ready to get into bed it is dark. I only had one small window so having a wide open was really important to me and it made me feel really claustrophobic with it closed. Typical short sheeting bed making which drives me crazy.

Perfect location and lovely hotel

L’emplacement très central et le retaurant sur le toit idéal en cette saison

Cons:

Je vais régulièrement cette fois ci la chambre était tout en longueur et surtout extrêmement bruyante toute le nuit , épouvantable.
