Poor linen cleanliness
Pros:

Central to town. Carpark adjacent to the hotel were free after a certain time to 8am the following day so that helped also.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the linen was appalling!

The towels that were provided had clearly been used and not washed which left an extremely strong body odour stench.
I towel dry from the waist, legs then upper body and it wasn't until I got to my upper body when I noticed this smell, which meant I had to go and wash myself again. I ended up using the bathmat and face towel to dry my body which was not ideal whatsoever.

Location, lack of onsite parking, locks on room doors were difficult to open, no sky, basic overall compared to other places I have stayed in Napier

Parking and noise
Pros:

Comfortable bed and good location

Cons:

The parking is horrendous.30 rooms and 10 of the smallest tightest spaces on this planet.Paid parking in the street only option.Also room 300 on the top level had a constant drumming noise like a Harley Davison idling,turns out it was the Aircon motor on the roof.
