Pros:

Very central location for all shops and restaurants. Helpful staff and was able to dyore luggage until we were ready to leave. Minutes walk for intercity bus stop. Wish we could have stayed longer for more of the art deco festival, beautiful town

Enjoyable but parking a huge problem.
Pros:

Room was spacious. Microwave, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery suppled.

Cons:

Didn’t like washing up the dishes in the hand basin. Not enough space to prepare microwave meals.
More importantly the parking was totally unsatisfactory! Of the limited parking spaces available, most were difficult to access. With multiple pillars & confined space to manoeuvre a car, it was a very difficult challenge!

Lovely although a little cramped
Pros:

Decor was lovely and very clean. Location was great for what I needed.

Cons:

It was all a bit cramped. Bathroom was a bit small and had nowhere to store your bits.

The room would have been better with a queen bed rather than a king.

Excellent accommodations in Napier!
Pros:

Everything was great. The furnishings and appliances were nice and in good condition. Everything was clean. Great location and friendly staff. We would definitely stay here again if we ever return to Napier.

The water pressure was sometimes very low.

I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay again.
