Pros:

Very good location, just 2 minutes from Gare de Lyon with air-conditioning
Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast was plentiful and delicious.

Cons:

One minor downside was that the garbage bin in the bathroom had not been emptied before my arrival.

Great staff, so warm, friendly and helpful!
Pros:

The staff were unbelievably friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond and we really appreciated their help. It was a lovely welcome to the country. We would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend.

Great location, great staff, great facilities!
Pros:

A delight to find ourselves at The Hotel Terminus Lyon. From the minute we walked in to the minute we left the staff were smiley and friendly and utterly lovely. So helpful and kind. The room was great, it had everything we needed, was cool, and just fantastic!

All excellent.

Hotel comodo dalla stazione, dotato di tutti i servizi. Colazione ottima, nel mio caso non compresa nel pacchetto scelto ma è possibile comunque sceglierla in loco. Nella zona vicina a Gare de Lyon è risultato la migliore offerta come qualità/prezzo.

Posizione di fronte alla stazione di Gare de Lion. Perfetta per viaggio ai parchi divertimento.

Cons:

Unica pecca la colazione per il prezzo richiesto mi è sembrata un po' scarsa.

Scam taxi service
Pros:

Decent for what it is. We were going to the airport after our stay and they insisted on calling us a taxi. The car which came wasn’t an official taxi and the driver charged us 75 euros for the trip even though the fare is 56 euros by law. Soured out experience, will not stay there again.

The toilet didn't flush had to be refilled manually. Was full they could not put us in another room. And sat night. They offered free breakfast and to use toiket in reception but we were already leaving so paid about 350 euros got no refund
