Great location but don't ask for teabags! 🤣

Cons:

When we asked for an extra 2 teabags at reception the gentleman on at the time said no. That we were only allowed 1 each a day. Seemed a little mean when we were paying nearly €700 and using the local (attached) restaurants that we were not allowed the means to make an extra two cups of tea. Other than that the location was ideal and the room comfortable.

Staff needs training in management of a diverse customer base.
Pros:

Location is good - in front of the Gare du Lyon station, and room was airy despite being tiny. Reception lady - the lady with short hair (sorry I don’t know her name) was very accommodating.

Cons:

Rooms are very tight and so are the corridors. The staff at the reception - specifically the female with long hair (i don’t know her name) - was very biased and didn’t attend us properly. At the checkout, I told her I was running late for my train to Amsterdam despite which she attended others and I nearly missed my train. There should be staff that is not racist to brown skin and more comfortable with English speaking guests.

Good location and epic food.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff and great food - I had half board and both the evening meal and breakfast were excellent; really tasty and generous selection. The room was also super-quirky old-school Parisian hotel.

Cons:

My room had a window onto an inner courtyard and all the fatty cooking smell wafted up there so I couldn’t open the window for fresh air.

Séjour très sympa avec mon fils
Pros:

Il était très bien situé près de la Gare de Lyon

Cons:

Quand on était dans notre chambre, on entendait beaucoup les bruits dans le couloir et une nuit j'ai entendu un monsieur parlé au téléphone car ce n'était pas bien isolé.

Samlet sett bra, men litt dyrt for både rom og frokost.

Cons:

Litt dyrt for frokost. Den var bra, men det hadde mindre utvalg siste 1,5 time (bl. a. ikke pølser), som både sønnene mine og jeg hadde lyst på.
Litt liten plass til 3 på ett rom.
