Each receptionist we spoke with was outstanding. Each was engaged, charming, polite, accommodating, helpful. If only all hotels could find such perfect staff, travel would be enhanced!
One can walk from the train to the hotel in about 5 minutes!
The room was surprisingly small, a bit tight to move around in. (But the convenience of arriving by the TGV train at Gare du Nord was what drew us to booking this hotel).

Very helpful and friendly staff. Excellent location for onward journey from Gare de Lyon. Quiet room.
Room was quite small and smelled of cigarettes even though it was supposed to be non smoking.

The shower didn't have a base for the water to be collected when you showered and thd water was spilling out on the floor .When complained to the staff at a reception it was a while before he decided to apologise .For actual fact he was saying to me that I asked for a room o a lower floor and that was the only room that they had and it was a room for people with disabilities.I pointed out to him that I wasn' t disabled and even so that shower was even more dangerous for disabled people.
Then he decided to send someone in to check it and it was agreed that it wasn't built properly.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel, nous avons été très bien accueilli et le séjour s’est très passé. L’emplacement est idéal pour visiter Paris. La chambre quadruple est bien équipée, climatisée, propre et spacieuse. Nous n’hésiterons pas à revenir. Un grand merci à Célia pour son agréable accueil et pour tous ses collègues qui ont été au top pour que notre séjour se passe bien.
