Professional property host/manager
Large room but very basic with tired 70s furniture and terrible towels cheap amenities. Three star hotel at best.
Conveniently located and reasonably priced. It’s not a five star property, but it is a good bang for you buck.
Reasonable value but it's a bit tired. Lack of attention to detail. No batteries in remote, hairdryer not working, gym machines not working.
A comfortable bed though. Friendly staff.
It would rate as a Star hotel elsewhere.
This hotel was OK. On the plus side, my room was VERY large and quiet so I got a lot of sleep after a long transatlantic flight. The air conditioning was good. The front desk attendees were friendly and the breakfast was decent. However, the hotel could be anywhere in the world and doesn't feel at all Moroccan. The facade is somewhat dismal. And there is not much around the neighborhood - it doesn't feel central to anything.
super hôtel, je recommande. Réception au top on se sent à la maison.
My wife and I spent 2 nights at this establishment. We were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a superior room on arrival. However, not sure why it was deemed an upgrade as the room had seen better days, in my opinion. We checked in after midnight and as there was not adequate bottled water in the room, we requested a big bottle and asked for it to be charged to the room. To our surprise the front desk rang us as we were finally going to sleep and wanted us to settle immediately. Thankfully, I managed to convince him that we would settle it when we checked out. The other annoying thing about this establishment was that at breakfast on both the days we were there, they had run out of hot food! we had to ask and wait - particulary stressful if one has a pre-arranged guided tour schedule to keep.
Reasonably good hotel, but a bit expensive
Short staffed( may be because of Ramadaan)
Hot food at breakfast finished within 20 minutes & not replaced.
One of the worst hotels I have stayed in. I am celiac and got down to breakfast to find nothing available from the hot section. There were 15 people dining and no attempt to refill. Only because the guide bought me some bread allowed me to eat something.
This is a small boutique small hotel on a side street. It is hard to find without a guide or a taxi driver. There is lots of shopping in the area. However, the area was a mix of both upscale and downscale places. The staff was helpful. The food was fine. The bed was fine. The TV was hard to work.
Hotel is located in a quite neighborhood.
Room was really big, so no problem for space.
Bathroom was not really new. In fact, it needs a renovation: shower tiles are dismantling by the water, shower door couldn't close completely.
En 2025 il est difficilement compréhensible d'avoir un hôtel 4 étoiles avec un Wifi quasi inexistant ! Dommage car l'hôtel est bien dans l'ensemble
The hotel does not deserve 5 stars…i had the 105 room and it was ok but the balcony was dirty, the walls were dirty, the room was also dirty. it hasn’t cutlery and plates ,just one spoon for coffee…also the bed was good …at this price ,the hotel don t get that hype sorry xx
Small hotel with mini suites. Comfortable bed. Had to ask for safe to be placed in my room. Needed help to figure out how to use TV's.
Pleasant bar with great staff.
Included breakfast was good but coffee was weak even when adding one or two shots of espresso.
Thermostat in suite seemed not to work but rather be on a centralized system.
Bathroom and shower worked well other than flooding the bathroom and adjacent hallway.
Mixed feelings about this hotel. Some elements were very good. The suite was large and comfortable, there was a coffee machine provided but no coffee pods. The breakfast was very average but the staff were great. The hotel area is a bit rundown but banks and food options are very close.
The hotel room was wonderful. Breakfast was good but disorganized. Two ladies arguing with each other . Did not even ask us if we wanted anything!
Nice 5 star hotel is located not far from city center, there is sauna free of charge, hammam and massage, laundry (not free), restaurant and bar is open in the daytime and there is room service in the night. Rooms are clean and cleaning service is good and there is a balcony.
A disappointment. We arrived at 5 pm to a room with no towels and missing pillow covers. Came back after dinner and still none! After FOUR requests we took them out of a cleaning persons cart. The email password did not work despite repeated tries either the front staff. Finally, a bellhop let us into the VIP one and it worked perfectly. The room was very dark and impossible to read was was trying to get the TV to work!
Breakfast at 8 am was terrible. The buffet had basically run out of everything except pastries and bread. The table we were seated at had not been cleaned despite many clean tables. Yes they cleaned it but no cutlery.
The suite itself was beautiful except for as noted above
We mentioned these points to reception and were offered another breakfast. Who would want that?
Good location. 15-20 mins walk to Hassan 2 mosque. An apartment hotel with a living room and a separate bedroom, and a small kitchen(not fully equipped).
