Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, excellent location, affordable. What else can you ask for at the price? I slept in, so I cannot rate the breakfast.

Their towels are sooo old. Taking a shower is a challenge.

Hotel did not have a room when we arrived. When we showed the booking confirmation, they said to get a refun from orbit. Terrible experience!

We were surprised by having to walk from the street into the alley for the hotel, but was later grateful for the quietness of the location. Henry was super helpful in helping us choose a Ha Long Bay cruise, as well as any other transportation needs. We also love the complimentary breakfast which includes phở gà as well as a buffet. We would recommend this place to our family and friends.

The staff was wonderful and especially Anna who was the star going above & beyond to make sure we were enjoying our stay there. She helped us book tours, gave us recommendations & helped organize things for us. Whenever we had a question she was quick to assist.
Had a wonderful time in Hanoi and loved staying at this hotel.

従業員全員の意識がとても高かった。従業員間の引継ぎがしっかりとなされており、対応が的確だった。
小話として2点。
　1.旅行中 爪切りを借りたいと 宿泊した各ホテルでお願いしたが、私の語彙が足りずなかなか伝わらなかったり、爪切りがそもそもない、等となかなか借りられなかったが、本ホテルは頼んだ翌日には用意をして下さり、とても助かった。
　2.早朝便に乗る必要がある為、朝食をあきらめていたが、ホテルが簡単なのを用意して持たせて下さった。
今回の旅行で4か所のホテルを利用し、全般的に良かったが、このホテルが最もよかったので、自信をもって他の方へも紹介できる。

ホテル自体の建物はかなり古いですが部屋は比較的綺麗です。シャワーなどの水回りは古い為、水圧はかなり低めです。アメニティが揃っている点は評価できます。スタッフは時間帯によってかなり変わるので、いる人によって評価は変わります。また、朝食がメニューから選ぶ方式なのにフルブレックファーストとは何？（パンケーキとかオムレツとか好きなものをオーダーできますが、量が不明なのが残念。フルブレックファーストを謳うならバイキング形式にしたいところ。表記をしっかりとしていただきたいですね。
