The management was really helpful and nothing was too much trouble for them. We would definitely stay again

It was a great place for us 6 adults, had everything we needed and the underfloor heating in the bathrooms was a lovely bonus

Was clean, comfortable and easy to find.. nice upmarket accommodation
Pros:

It was very clean and comfortable, had all the facilities needed. Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Heating worked well. Good local shops close but nicely away from the crowds of camper vans

Cons:

I couldn’t get the dryer to work but seriously not an issue.

Comfortable furnishings, nice garden, good balcony, two good sized double rooms and two bathrooms made it perfect for two couples

The property was fine, but nothing noteworthy.
Pros:

This was a full house with a small yard and a well-stocked kitchen for on-site cooking.

Cons:

It was missing a homey feel and much of the furniture and cabinets were very beat up.

Very dissappointed
Pros:

We were supposed to stay at the Mantra as per our booking which was made at least 6 months prior, however on the day of our stay we received a call telling us that there was a problem and they had moved us to Peppers Resort. This was a great disappointment; we did not like Peppers and were really looking forward to staying at the Mantra. I would say to anyone booking at the Mantra to beware, you may not get to stay there.

늦게 도착했지만, 편지하게 들어갈수 있는 방법을 잘 알려주셨고, 걸어서 테카포 호수까지 가는 산책길이 아름다웠습니다.
4인 가족이 사용하기에 충분히 넓은 시설이었고, 주방, 화장실 모두 깨끗하게 관리되어 있었습니다.

수영장이 있는 단지였는데, 수영장 사용에 대한 안내가 사전에 있었으면 좋았을 것 같아요

We only stayed for 1 night but wish it could have been for more

Very modern & spacious apartment with fully equipped kitchen & comfy beds. Loved the heated flooring in the ensuite which was pleasantly surprising.
