Overall a very nice stay. We would return but ask for any other floor apart from the top floor.
Pros:

It was a listed building with some original interesting features which we loved. Great selection at breakfast. We had the Eggs Royale which was delicious. The staff were friendly especially Donna on reception. The hotel itself is in a perfect location a stones throw away from the Hoe. There was a comfortable lounge and bar but we didn’t use these. It was lovely and clean.

Cons:

Our room was at the top of the property on the fourth floor and was extremely hot even though the heating was not on, and we had the window wide open but there was hardly any air coming in even on a cold evening, hence to say we didn’t sleep much. A fan was provided but this is too noisy. The shower tray was broken in the corner with a jagged edge which could have been dangerous stepping out of the shower if we had not noticed this.

Super
Pros:

Prévoir un délai certain pour la formule végétarienne. Reste du buffet - en-dehors de la formule choisie sur la carte - simple et correcte.

Cons:

J'aurais aimé pouvoir être mieux renseignée sur un bus à prendre pour Tavistock.

Pros:

Nice room, comfortable, clean and pleasant. Good location

Cons:

paper thin walls, could hear next door talking, very frustrating and incredibly noisy mopeds and cars speeding or joy riding outside made it hard to get to sleep ( but sadly that's Plymouth for you ). I was so tired and annoyed by it that I didn't want to stay for breakfast.

Pros:

Very comfortable room with everything we needed. Location was excellent.

Cons:

The allocated parking slot was a bit small for our car so we had to find an alternative space on the road and paid for the meter.
