A very enjoyable and comfortable stay in an excellent location.
Pros:

Our room was spotlessly clean, the bed and bedding were really comfortable. The shower was strong. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. The hotel is located very close to Plymouth’s main attractions. We would definitely recommend this hotel.

Cons:

There was nothing we didn’t like.

It was fine. Staff was kind ad nd helpful.
Pros:

We enjoy the place.

Cons:

The room was in the attic style and it seems slanting. Stairs was so stiff going to our room and broken furniture was there in our room, no free toothbrush, toothpaste and hand lotions knowing for a 4 star hotel?

Some parts of the room was having dusts especially on the side tables.

English breakfast is limited per head. We thought that it same as other hotels that we can make our own english breakfast just by getting each pieces to the hot serving table area. Knowing it is 4 star hotel.

But cold and hot drink was fine.

Plymouth was a surprise, both as a town in development and Invicta a good hotel to stay in
Pros:

Friendly check-in, comfortable room, stylish decoration, super clean and a wonderful breakfast.
The breakfast room was also very nicely decorated.
Close to the boulevard with restaurants.

Cons:

The combined toilet/shower with wash basin is a bit small, especially with a door opening into the toilet.
However, the shower was really good.

On the whole it suited our purpose. The place was clean and comfortable. Would stay again if in the
Pros:

Very good breakfast choices. Hot food cooked to order . Staff very friendly and polite. Location good and quiet. We didn't use but the lounge/bar area was nicely furnished and looked like a relaxing spot. There was also outside seating. Handy having carpark on site.

Cons:

We stayed on one of the hottest days/nights so far and we couldn't open the windows. A small air-conditioning unit is supplied but too noisy to sleep with. The bed was comfortable enough but as a personal choice the pillows were much too soft. The bath and shower worked well. There needs to be a bit of tidying up with the grouting on the tiles.

Pros:

A well-maintained hotel in a strategic location between the sea and the city center. The rooms are clean and renovated. Breakfast is truly delicious and the staff is welcoming and kind; Ruth the receptionist, in particular, is a truly lovely and extremely courteous person. You can check in at any time, which is especially convenient if you arrive late at night. They also reply quickly and effectively to the WhatsApp number provided for "emergencies." Of course, being a historic building, it doesn't have an elevator, but given the warm welcome and the cleanliness of the place, it's a lack you gladly overlook.
