Heel prettig hotel in het centrum van Ponta Delgada
Pros:

Ontbijt was uitstekend, staf was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Op de dag van mijn vertrek moest ik weg voordat het ontbijt genuttigd kon worden. Het hotel verzorgde een meeneem ontbijt dat ik op het vliegveld kon eten

The stay was good but a ramp should be installed for staff and people with disabilities.
Pros:

We enjoyed the daily breakfast and staff Annabella, always smiling and interacting with the guests and ensuring there was plenty of food for guests.

Cons:

No security deposit box, no mini fridge, no mini soap or shampoo for guests.
