Do atendimento e simpatia dos Funcionários. E do Hotel que muito agradável.

Cons:

Tudo menos do barulho que vinha da movimentação da rua!... Pessoal que gritavam alto as 3 e 4 da manhã sem que ninguém interviesse!....

Não considerem este comentário uma reclamação, mas sim uma observação construtiva. Alerto que seja comprida a lei do silêncio e se necessário chamarem as autoridades para fazer cumprir essa mesma lei do ruído....

Great location, great room and staff were great Everything was more than I expected
Cons:

The only thing I can think of is to maybe have better instructions around the A/C. I assumed once I turned it on it would click on right away... But it does take a bit of time to click on. A mention of that would be helpful. Although when I reached out to the cleaning staff they were very helpful

Interesante opción
Pros:

La ubicación es fantástica en pleno centro histórico. La habitación es amplia y el personal amable. Tienes multitud de restaurantes alrededor y también muy cerca un par de supermercados. Parada de taxis a 4 minutos andando (no alquilamos coche) y el punto de partida de las excursiones para visitar la isla están a 11 minutos a pie. El desayuno buffet correcto, algo justito, pero con un buen horario de 7 a 10 horas. El restaurante del hotel está muy bien. Buen servicio de guardaequipaje. Detalle de bienvenida con una botella de agua. Puedes hacerte una infusión y la mini nevera muy práctica para guardar agua o fruta. No fue necesario usar el aire acondicionado, pues la temperatura ambiente era muy buena.

Cons:

El mobiliario de la habitación está algo anticuado. La ducha/bañera no es accesible para personas con problemas de mobilidad. Los enchufes están mal situados (muy bajos)
