La ubicación del hotel, con relación al centro de la ciudad es excelente.
Mi habitación estaba contigua a una sala de música y ambiente nocturno. No solo se escuchaba la música hasta las 4 de la mañana, sino que además oías los golpes a través de las paredes.
The staff are super friendly. The location is fantastic, it couldn't be better! Love that there was a fridge in the room. Bed is very comfy. Temperature is easily controlled.
Breakfast is ok but not great. There were a few too many flies which made me not try a few things. But the cooked breakfast items were covered so that was ok.
El personal es molt amable. Esta molt ben situat al centre de Punta Delgada. Et deixen les tovalloles per banyar-se al Atlantic. El Restaurant també molt bé.
Esta situat a una zona animada i a la vols dormir aviat hi ha força soroll.

Struttura non nuovissima, colazione internazionale ma secondo noi non con molto da offrire. Manca il frigo in camera.
Sitio muy céntrico, complicado para aparcar cerca pero es entendible viendo la situación. La habitación que nos tocó tenía el mobiliario un poco vintage, aunque el baño estaba bien reformado.

Ubicación inmejorable en San Miguel, en el centro cerca de todo lo principal y restaurantes. Muy completo en servicios. Muy buena atención, nos atendió Ana, nos ayudó en todo lo relativo al hotel y visitas en la isla con indicaciones y demás.
Nada, por decir algo que no tiene parking pero es lo mas normal por ubicación. Nos indicaron varios parkings gratuitos próximos al hotel por lo tanto queda solucionado.

Elevator is very smelly
This was my second time at the hotel and I am so happy I chose to stay there! I couldn't be more grateful to the beautiful people working at the hotel, always greeting you with a smile, always hospitable, caring and ready to help.
Our room was spacious and impeccably clean, breakfast was made up of locally produced foods, there's a lot to choose from for everyone. There's a restaurant on site where you can have lunch and dinner without having to look for a decent place to enjoy local cuisine. There's absolutely nothing to be unhappy about and I sincerely hope there will be a third stay.

Un día apenas nos limpiaron la habitación pero fue algo puntual. Y no tenían un tostador adecuado para el desayuno del hotel, el que había se estropeó y ya no pudieron otro
Das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und gut.
