Ótimo hotel e atendimento muito simpático.
Pros:

O atendimento foi ótimo, principalmente da funcionária Tatiana. Quarto espaçoso, limpo,. Ótimo café da manhã. Localização boa, dava p/ ir andando p/ vários pontos. Recomendo e ficaria hospedada lá novamente. Adoramos!

Cons:

Uma das janelas estava quebrada, ficando apenas a parte de vidro. Como estava no primeiro andar, dava direto p/ rua.
Também senti falta de tomadas no quarto.
Mas nada que fosse grava, pois adoramos o hotel.

Ottima colazione e location
Pros:

La posizione perfetta per visitare Torino.
La colazione è veramente ottima.
Facile trovare posteggio nei dintorni dell’albergo.
Letto veramente comodo.
Staff preparato e gentile.

Cons:

Nella stanza 205, sopra il ristorante, si sente parecchio il rumore di posate/piatti durante la cena e dopo, durante le pulizie.
La doccia è molto piccola e scomoda.

Meglio evitare. Esperienza negativa.
Pros:

Camera era spaziosa e pulita.

Cons:

Albergo che si fregia di essere un 4 stelle ma impropriamente. Camera spaziosa ma fredda: un solo split per riscaldare quella grande cubatura è assolutamente insufficiente. Arredamento con un bel mobile e scrivania in legno autentico ma letto scomodo per materasso troppo morbido e stanza ingombra da altri 2 letti singoli non richiesti e non necessari. Scrivania collocata sotto il televisore cosa che impediva un utilizzo contemporaneo di entrambi.
Qualità del sonno rovinata dai rumori provenienti dalla strada (in special modo il tram) oltre che dal freddo nella camera e dalla scarsa qualità del materasso.
L'albergo non ha nessuno in reception dopo le 23 e fino alle 7 (4 stelle?) e la colazione viene fornita solo dopo le 7.30 solo però se l'unica persona addetta a fare il caffè non è impegnata in reception altrimenti, come è accaduto a me che avevo poco tempo, niente caffè.
Insomma c'è di meglio per sistemarsi a Torino.

O pequeno almoço era ótimo e o colchão era muito confortável, estava tudo muito limpo.

Cons:

Apanhamos dois recepcionistas em horas diferentes, uma senhora e um senhor. O senhor não falava inglês a comunicação era difícil e equivocou-nos respondendo que “sim” ao perguntarmos se havia sempre alguém na receção, pelo que precisávamos de entrar pela noite e não tínhamos o código para entrar no hotel.
