The staff were amazing so friendly Hieu, trung, lisa, Ly, Kevin, we will definitely stay in this hotel again, all the staff were so helpful they couldn’t do enough to help, they wouldn’t even let us open a door they were so kind, the rooms were so clean, breakfast was nice plenty to choose from 💕✨

La suite au dernier étage est juste exceptionnelle. Elle occupe l'intégralité de l'étage et on peut profiter de la grande terrasse avec vue sur la cathédrale de manière privative. Excellent petit déjeuner aussi - Quant au personnel il est très prévenant

L’emplacement est incroyable et permet de faire tout a pied. Le staff est gentil et bienveillant. La chambre reste correct.
Léger décalage entre les photos et la réalité. Quelques éléments étaient un peu vétustes comme : le pas de porte (lumière apparente), chasse d’eau qui s’écoule sans s’arrêter, pommeau de douche abimé.

The combination of staff, location and comfort is excellent. The room was not very big but very clean and comfortable. Before I came to this hotel the staff was really kind to help me to book some excursions. Everything was perfect organized. And in the hotel is one of the best Indian restaurants I ever eaten at, great food and service.

Cam on rat nhieu!! The hotel is in a great location a charming part of Ha Noi and the rooms are spacious. Clean and great value but what made this a 10/10 for us were the staff, all super friendly and helpful and quick to arrange anything and everything from transport to food to spa treatments. Highly recommended!

A very pleasant stay. The standout was the service! Lisa at reception was very helpful and kind. She gave advice, helped book transport and even arranged for a late check out, making the whole experience very smooth.
Hands down, the best hotel we stayed in on a six-week Vietnam trip. Lisa and her team are incredibly responsive and welcoming. It's a small, quiet hotel with great window insulation especially considering its central location less than a block from St. Joseph's on a street filled with shops and restaurants and a five-minute walk to the lake. The in-house spa and Indian restaurant are both excellent. We stayed in the St. Joseph room on the 4th floor. The room was well laid out with lots of storage space. Good bed. Bathtub/shower was good too. There a small roof terrace on the 8th floor. Breakfast has long hours and is substantial and varied with both hot food choices and buffet (asian and western). Look nowhere else in this price range.

Das Personal war wirklich sehr zuvorkommend, wir haben uns jederzeit sehr wohl gefühlt und würden bestens umsorgt. Auch eine spontane Umbuchung auf Grund einer Verspätung unseres Fluges war kein Problem. Auch das Gepäck in der Lobby zu lagern war kein Problem. Auf Wunsch organisieren sie auch Transfer und Ausflüge nach Ha Long Bay etc :) Insb. das Frühstück war sehr lecker, es gab sowohl westliche als auch asiatische Optionen.
Eigentlich hat alles soweit gepasst, wir haben nichts zu bemängeln.
