Perfect stay , wonderful staff
Pros:

Staff was fantastic, super helpful, especially sunny at the front desk. There is a fantastic Indian restaurant within the property. The location is perfect for walking around old quarter.

Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff. Good location, walkable to the lake and everywhere in the Old Quarter. Rooms at the back are very quiet.

Personnel incroyablement gentil et aidant alors que mes vols retour ont été annulés.
Chambre calme, joliment décorée et très confortable, notamment la literie (joli bouquet de fleurs fraiches en sus).
Petit-déjeuner complet, de qualité et copieux.
Dans aucun doute mon point de chutte lorsque je reviendrai à Hanoi.

Miła i uczynna obsługa. Polecam na krótki pobyt.

Hotel dobrze położony. Profesjonalna obsługa na najwyższym poziomie!

Cons:

Łazienki wymagają remontu. Z kranów cieknie woda. Prysznice w głębokich wannach do których wchodzi się po schodkach nie są zbyt bezpieczne. Dodatków system zamykania prysznica powoduje zalewanie łazienki. Łazienki do renowacji.

L'accueil, la gentillesse et la prévenance de la jeune femme de la réception. Le buffet du petit déjeuner est varié et la confection de plats à la carte est possible. L'emplacement est au plus proche du vieil Hanoï
