Very good overall. I’d go there again.

Shuttle was great to get to airport

Cons:

Need better way to get shuttle to hotel. Instructions on site weren’t complete and phone number to hotel didn’t work to pick us up. Ended up getting a taxi.

Took a Flexibus from Austin to DFW airport and then called hotel who sent shuttle bus to pick me up

Shuttle took 2 hrs, room was good.
Pros:

The room was what I needed

Cons:

The shuttle took 2 hrs to pick me up, it has a lot of other logos and hotels on it, they should be clear about that.

It did not happen unfortunately as in past I have always been very satisfied with Motel 6 for safe clean pleasant stay
Pros:

I made reservation online at Dallas airport during recent extreme flight delays - I could not get thru to their airport shuttle service for transport or could not cancel - I ended up with other accomadations as I was exhausted & extremely frustrated

Cons:

They would not answer phone number they had listed for contact
