A great place to stay
Pros:

I have to say the mosaic by ONA is a very nice hotel. The staff was helpful. The location was great. When I paid the bill with my credit card, it came out to more than what I thought it should be when my husband and I got to our room. I said you know this was a very expensive stay . later on, we came downstairs and the young lady who was working the desk the said , you know what your bill was awful high. I reviewed it and we’re gonna re-run it for half the price you were overcharged. I thought that was pretty nice. I didn’t expect it.

三つ星でこの価格、この立地に加えて小さなバルコニーもあり、とても満足でした！
Pros:

ホテルの立地はとても良く、到着した当日は早めにチェックインさせていただけました。フロントのスタッフの対応もとても良かったです。朝食ボックスは日替わりで内容が変わり、どれも美味しかったです。

Cons:

ただ、バスルームは水漏れがあり、洗面台もあまり清潔ではありませんでした。

Avis Hotel Mosaic. Bel hotel

Chambre et sdb modernes, climatisées

Grand lit tres confortable.


Bien placé pour les visites, station Diagonal a 5mn avec L3 et L5 metro.

Accueil bien mais la personne  ne parle pas francais comme indiqué sur booking, on s’est debrouillé en anglais. 2 autres personnes parlent le francais et ont ete tres sympatiques durant notre sejour.

Il y a un rooftop au 6e ou on peut prendre le café/thé.

On a aussi pu confier quelques heures nos valises avant notre depart.


Quelques inconvenients mais cela reste un bon hotel.

Cons:

Par contre pas un seul rangement. Pour un sejour de 5 jours un peu limite.

On aurait apprecié aussi une bouilloir, pas de klenex, le strict minimum. 

On percoit aussi les bruits de rue le soir, nuit ok.

Muy céntrico, pero no tiene parking, que era un requisito que yo quería

La ubicación es perfecta está bastante céntrico y está muy bien comunicado

Cons:

En la web ponéis que tenía parking y no tiene ningún tipo de parking hay que irse a buscarlo a la calle
