Excellent stay
Pros:

Core center of attractions. Breakfast was served in our room (we had a breakfast included) Staff was super helpful and spoke in English. Safe and quiet. Bed very comfortable and minibar was appreciated after a long day of being a tourist

A very disappointing experience!

The standard double rooms are very very small, too small for two persons and a big suitcase. With a suitcase in the room there is no space to move in the room. The bed is next to the door so it feels like lying in the corridor. There is also no space to hang any cloth except a few shirts/jacket. The sink in the bathroom was so small that half the water spills to the sides and floor. The worst of all was that the window in the room had a blind but the window in the bathroom did not and as the bathroom door was transparent it was impossible to sleep after 6am when the sun came out. This all was especially disappointing as the fotos and the description convey a completely different image and expextation.

We asked for a bigger room or at least one where one could sleep in the dark. We were told that it was not possible due to the high booking situation but they would try - which caused expectations on our side. But every day we got the same answer. There was every day people moving in and out so a room change could have been possible in our point of view. The staff seemed not really willing to change the situation. We also asked for a late check-out instead which was immediately negated.

For all of the experience the price was far too high. We cannot recommend you the Hotel except for the location but there are so many other Hotels nearby so should not be a problem to find better!

Too small rooms, not clean, unpleasant staff. First night they gave us a room with a dirty basin, hair in the shower, squeaky bed. Staff came in the room and checked the shower and picked the hair in the shower with a tissue and said they can change the room the next day. So we stayed there one night, there should be some compensation for this but they did nothing.

Konumu cok iyi. Casa batlloya yurume mesafesi 5 dk. Alisveris ve yemek icin etrafta iyi secenekler var.

Standart cift kisilik odada kaldik. Inanilmaz kucuk. Isik almiyor cunku alabilecegi bir yer yok. Pencereler diger odalara bakiyor. Banyo cami ve yatak arasinda cok az mesafe var. Bu da rahatsiz edici. Otel terlikleri yok. Temizlik konusunda da gunluk olarak temizleniyor ama son gun farkettim ki ayni nevresimi cevirmisler. Bu sebeple temizlik konusunda da icim rahat etmedi. Lokasyonu guzel olsa da ayni lokasyonda cok fazla otel var. Diger konulardaki eksiklikler sebebiyle bir daha tercih etmem.

Alojamiento con una ubicación excelente, habitaciones cómodas, tranquilas y equipadas con todo lo necesario. El desayuno era muy completo y la posibilidad de disfrutarlo en la terraza aportaba un valor añadido a la experiencia. Cabe destacar especialmente la atención de David, que nos ayudó en todo momento con gran amabilidad y entusiasmo, haciendo nuestra estancia en el hotel mucho más agradable.
