Pros:

It was close to the town center and the airport

Cons:

For a deluxe suite i would have thought it would have been away from the main road as it was very noisy, they changed me and gave me in a room at the back that smelt musty and the air conditioning was just as loud as the room at the front, had to use my ear plugs all night to get some sleep, apart from that it was a nice place.

It was fine. Staff are nice.

• TV doesn’t have anything to watch on It.
• It gets noisy in early morning like 4-5AM

Pros:

The location was great. The view from the rooftop was Grande.

Cons:

No Grande Vista from the rooms only from the rooftop.
The A/C sounds like a train or an airplane. Too old and too noisy. They need to upgrade their A/C. The fridge was not working either. The body soap container was empty.

Great location, but the building is old
Pros:

Great location and helpful, friendly staff. The lively biew from the upper deck. Good for people on a budget.

Cons:

Having to move rooms twice due to broken HWS and water pressure problems. The pool is tiny. Very limited parking. Very noisy neighbours and traffic. The building is near the end of it's life. Grande, I'm afraid, it is not.

Overall it was good could have been better though.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent, the location was perfect right down the street from SM Mall.

Cons:

We booked for a 2 person room and had to request another towel, the toilet wasn't working I had to jiggle the valve inside to have the tank fill up with water, the front desk staff on the night of January 10th acted like she didn't care about us being guests there.

Good lication for budget minded travellers
Pros:

The location, the helpful & friendly staff and the view from the rooftop deck.

Cons:

Very limited parking, the entire facility is showing its age, having to move twice to different rooms due to HWS failures and no water pressure, no lift, tiny swimming pool.

Near Mall.

No one answering the phone number in their website. No one answering message inquiries. Lack of communication. No towel ready when we arrived. Poor service.

L’emplacement de l’établissement est très bien situé proche de l’aéroport. De plus, le petit déjeuner était très bon.

Cons:

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans notre chambre, il y avait une odeur très désagréable nauséabondes. C’était un mélange d’égout et de mort. Nous avons fait appel à la réception et la dame a complètement nié l’odeur. Nous a dit qu’elle allait regarder si il y a une autre chambre. Et n’est jamais revenu vers nous. Donc j’ai fait par rapport à l’odeur et il nous a pas pris au sérieux. Pourtant l’odeur était très très forte. Il y avait également des bêtes dans la chambre. La clim était impossible à régler car les boutons ne fonctionnait pas. Et le jet de la pomme de douche était beaucoup trop fort. Une amie s’est carrément déchiré la lèvre.
