Het personeel was enorm behulpzaam. De ruimtes van het hotel hebben een fijn authentiek karakter.

Cons:

Er is geen zwembad aanwezig op de locatie. Er zijn weinig horecagelegenheden op wandelafstand.

Pros:

Everything was perfect! The room was great - it had an upstairs area which we really loved.
The breakfast was great - it was nice to have, for once the option to choose how we want our eggs cooked.
The wines were awesome.
The staff was amazing - warm and professional. We felt very welcomed and will surely come again.

(The courtyard has a solidified lava area!)

Atmosfera e ottima accoglienza
Pros:

Camera spaziosa e pulita, colazione gustosa (molto gradite le uova preparate sul momento), spazi comuni curati e accoglienti. Se vi capita provate anche il ristorante, davvero ottimo e di atmosfera. Un grazie particolare a Gina che, dalla prenotazione sino al check-out, è state sempre presente, gentile, professionale e disponibile!

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé au calme loin de l'activité des station balnéaire. Accueillant, le personnel est très attentif. La chambre est confortable avec une très bonne literie. Le petit déjeuner est fabuleux.

Cons:

Juste au petit dejeuner des jus de meilleurs qualité pourraient être proposé. Et dans la chambre peut etre supprimer certains meubles pour gagner de l'espace.

Maravillosa experiencia
Pros:

Me gustó todo. El trato recibido vía WhatsApp desde el primer momento, hasta la amabilidad y trato en el hotel. La habitación perfecta, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Y por supuesto, el desayuno fue increíble. Toda la fruta fresca y recién cortada, la comida de km 0, el café muy rico, un plato caliente a elegir: nosotras escogimos la tortilla francesa con perejil, cebolla roja y queso, buenísima. Todo exquisito. Quesos variados, pan de millo (maíz), pan de semillas, zumos. Creo que ha sido el mejor desayuno que he tenido en un hotel. Muy agradecida a Sandra por su amabilidad y cuidado. Recomiendo el hotel y volveré sin dudarlo. Agradecida por todo.

Muy buena la atención del personal
Pros:

En especial, la atención del personal. La ubicación también era muy buena, pues estás a mitad de camino tanto de Órzola como de Playa Blanca, y de Arrecife y Famara. Estás justo en medio de la isla. El desayuno también era muy bueno (completo y variado, con fruta de Lanzarote) para ser un hotel rural con poquitas habitaciones. Además, limpiaban la habitación todos los días.

Cons:

En general, no hubo nada que no me gustara. Si eso lo único a mejorar podría ser la almohada, que era un poco fina para mí gusto.

Pros:

Lugar muy tranquilo y ubicado en una zona muy accesible para visitar toda la isla. El personal de recepción, desayuno y limpieza son un encanto, todas ellas super atentas e impecables con su servicio. La habitación muy cómoda y limpia. El desayuno nos sorprendió gratamente, debido a que no priorizan la cantidad sino la calidad. Tienen gran variedad de fruta, quesos y pan de kilómetro 0, además de dulces caseros. Asimismo te ofrecen un plato caliente que puedes complementarlo con el resto del desayuno. En general, una atención excelente.
