de kamer was zeker boven verwachting en mijn vriendin was verbaasd van de verrassing, ik was ook blij met de extra service van de rozenblaadjes en ballonnen paket.

Cons:

niet veel over te zeggen, ik vond het prima geregeld allemaal, personeel was klant vriendelijk, als ik vragen had werd ik meteen geholpen en dat was super fijn!!.

Cons:

Wir warten immer noch auf die Erstattung der Kaution von 250 € und eine Erstattung von 250 € weil die komplette Klimaanlage in unserem Zimmer ausgefallen ist. Die ganze Nacht somit stehen noch 500 € aus die anstatt auf meine Kreditkarte an Booking zurückgegeben worden.
