Good but lacks maintenance
Pros:

Let's start with the location: the place itself is located a bit far from the main streets and activities, but the place is calm, relaxing and peaceful. You'll need to have a car or bike to easily move or rely on the tricks passing by to move you around.

The staff is really great and helpful, very friendly and fun, always happy to help.

The food on site is ok, lacks a bit of European options and sweets. Prices are reasonable but more on the high side than budget friendly.

The room (king size) is wide and very clean. But it clearly lacks maintenance.
The foams and not mattresses (because it's literally just a foam with no cover) are not very thick and not very young either. The accessories (remotes, fridge) are broken (but working) andnot renewed... This doesn't give a good image. The fridge is very noisy and handle was broken.
The bathroom water heater worked well although the digital display was not working properly, there was a water leak under the sink (staff was advised).
During one evening we heard creatures running and squeaking in the ceiling (most likely rats) staff was advised... Note that the hotel is literally a huge garden so no surprise. But such place in such location needs to have recurrent pest control treatment.

They have a very nice swimming pool but the chlorine level is just out of control! We all had our face skin burning after a few minutes in there. The maintenance guy puts chlorine every evening and doesn't even test the PH level of the water which should be done daily too.

However this place is nice, I would recommend it, but there's some improvements to be done mainly in the pool and maintenance of the installations.

PS:
I read a comment about doga being kept in abnormal conditions... Well I witnessed it too. 1 husky leashed to a pole the whole day... And another one treated the same.
To have seen the owner's behavior with the customers (no hello if you don't say hi.

Virkelig dårlig internet. Og beliggenhed ikke optimalt ift. centrum med mindre man ikke skal ud af hotellet ofte.

Ruhige, zentrale Location, sauber und gute Preis-Leistung
Pros:

Gute Lage, Betten sehr bequem. Schöner Pool mit Pool Bar. Gutes Essen. Freundliches Personal, sehr hilfreiche Rezeption,sehr bemüht.

Cons:

Kleiner Reparaturstau, am Pool einige Fugen bröckelig und scharf. Tür hat geklemmt und geknarrt, Toilettenpapierhalter defekt.

Very nice and affordable
Pros:

A great hotel and very reasonably priced. Friendly staff and good food. Great and clean swimming pool. The room was very good and the water pressure was good. I would come back.

Cons:

There was a cockroach in the room once, but that's not a big deal, and anyone who's been to the Philippines more often understands that.

Pros:

De fijne en ongedwongen sfeer met de prachtige houten beelden en mooie tuin, zwembad was heerlijk...wel ruim chloor aanwezig en het ontbijt was goed. Koelkastje aanwezig op de kamer met water, frisdrank en bier (tegen betaling) net zoals de nootjes die er stonden. Prima, je hoeft er geen gebruik van te maken...
Wij vonden het personeel erg vriendelijk

Cons:

De (bad)kamer had wat schoner gemogen en hier en daar een fris likje verf zou geen overbodige luxe zijn. Het hotel ligt niet direct in het centrum, was voor 2 nachten geen probleem voor ons maar wil.je wat bruisender zitten dan zou ik deze locatie niet aanraden.

Camada muy cómoda y buena ubicación, pero no entiendo lo de tener un perro amarrado todo el día.

Me gustó la ubicación, la zona de la piscina y la cañada era muy cómoda

Cons:

No me gustó la limpieza general, todo muy sucio y descuidado, también tenían un perro amarrado todo el día, eso es maltrato animal, luego tuve un problema con el chofer de la van que me proporcionó este hotel. Primero me recogieron 1 hora más tarde, después de 6 horas de camino el conductor me dejó a 15 minutos andando con una mochila de 20k y una maleta, después de haber pagado dicho servicio y a otras personas les dejo en la puerta del hotel, acabé discutiendo con el chofer y siendo muy irrespetuoso.

Easy tropical getaway
Pros:

Style and convenience of the hotel - all centred around the pool. Plenty of shade when required. Separate areas to sit. Large room, big bathroom. No stairs to climb as it's all on ground floor. Pool table, little restaurant/bar. Pretty garden. Everything worked 😀

Cons:

Not much locally. Bike/taxi into town. Didn't need to do much of that as the hotel was very comfortable to be at.

In my element
Pros:

The rooms circle the pool (crystal clear), restaurant and pool table and are all on ground level so everything at your doorstep. The room was a good size for 2, comfortable beds and pillows. Large shower (not a lot of water pressure, but sufficient). It is a little oasis. Book tours easily for hotel pick up. Not much to see in the surrounding area but a short ride into town is inexpensive. The staff are lovely. The guests have been very chill and respectful in keeping with the quiet vibe. I really did relax here - perfect for me!

Ok für kurzen Aufenthalt
Pros:

Eigentlich sehr schöne kleine Anlage mit großem Garten und Pool.

Cons:

Personal hat sich während unseres gesamten 5-tägigen Aufenthalts erfolgreich versteckt. Auch Rezeption war sporadisch besetzt.
Pool war sehr ungepflegt, keine Umwälzung des Wassers erkennbar, Beckenrand hatte dicken Dreckrand auf Wasserhöhe, zig tote Fliegen im Wasser.
