OYO 414 Humberto's Hotel

We were so impressed by the friendliness of the staff, especially Karen, Arnie & Joey. They seemed to love their job. Their smile and hospitality made us feel so at home. They are the kind of staff that make you believe there is still that “home away from home vibe!” Thank you all! Sweet 💋

Hotel had no complementary goods like bottled water for free, room were not as clean as expected and shown in the pictures, but the location is very good since it's downtown and there are a lot of shops around, and the personnel was very kind.

No parking no elevator no toilet paper

Booked in late at night. super fast check in and friendly staff.

No bidet tho, a bit embarassing to go out at night cos the hotel close at night

Staff was not aware of reservation and ended up putting us in a bedroom with twin beds that they put together, not totally comfortable, the hotel lacked cold water, breakfast was slow but ok taste, no elevator so taking up bringing down large suitcases could be a challenge

Perfect place to stay. Its like vintage private mansion converted to affordable lodge. Big room with dinig table and quite place with nice view of a sea shore. Bery quite.

立地は便利なところにあり、ロハスマーケットに歩いて行けます。
外側は立派な建物ですが、中はかなり古いです。

Room was ok, but I don't expect to be charged for extra pillows when I have booked a deluxe room. Staff not particularly helpful either. I shan't be back.

ダバオ市中心部にある小さなホテルです。一番安く小さな部屋を選んだところ、非常階段の横で、かつ隣で建設工事が行われていたため、日中は作業音が響いていました。部屋は清潔で、当地で１泊１０００ペソ前後のホテルは、かなりの確率で室内に虫がいるのですが、このホテルでは見ませんでした。Wi-Fiは部屋では繋がりませんでしたが、ロビーでは繋がりました。もう一つ上のクラスの部屋に今度は泊まってみたいと思います。

They have no kitchen or breakfast room, thank God for the staff, they went out and brought us back our free breakfast everyday.

Ok hotel once the renovation is done but don't stay there until they finish.

Good for service and rate.
They very kind and WIFI speed is excellent.
You can enjoy the youtube with their internet speed on your room.

建物自体は古いですが、清潔感の有るホテルでした、シャワーのお湯の温度や量も十分でした。

We liked that this hotel is so close to places like People's Park, and other places we wanted to see. It was comfortable and the staff was accommodating all of our needs, including VERY early check-in. If you want a comfortable, affordable and convenient place to stay, this is what you will want.

Humbertos Hotel is a medium to low quality hotel but is clean and quite well located. The rooms are quite small and the double bed is too small with a bouncy uncomfortable mattress. The breakfast, while basic, is ok and the low cost restaurant at other times of the day is fine. I recommend the chicken curry! If you need a basic hotel in Davao without too much luxury, this one is ok for a couple of nights stay.

Ik heb hier 2 weken verbleven en heb een prima tijd gehad. Hele fijne mensen die alles doen om het hun gasten naar de zin te maken!
