It was a great stay with friendly and helpful staff!
Pros:

We loved our stay at One Niseko. It was my husband, two sons age 10 and 12 and myself. Our room was plenty big and stocked with you need to cook and clean. The staff was wonderful and extremely helpful. We didn't eat at the main restaurant as we spent most dinners eating on the Mt. The downstairs cafe was great and daily ice creams were a must. We had breakfast on our last day, and it was wonderful as well. The Osen was all of our favorites. The tradeoff was a very quiet resort as opposed to the busier areas. The resort itself is a bit older, and it shows, but once again that wasn't huge deal to us. When you arrive you can small the Osen. If that is something new to you it may be a thing, but we welcomed it after a long day on the Mt. Overall, we loved our stay and the helpful staff. We will stay again next year!

Cons:

The only negative was the distance to restaurants and groceries. We knew this when we booked but didn't think it would be a big deal until we ran out of milk and could only get to a store with a taxi ride and an hour to kill. They do offer a daily run to 7-11 to get groceries but we were always on the Mt during this time.

Great skiing not so great place
Pros:

It was reasonably priced

The place had a terrible smell
The front desk was not very helpful
Nobody seemed to interested in making the staff easy unlike the 5 other places I stayed in Japan

Relaxing Ski Trip
Pros:

I have stayed at this place more than 10 years ago. The facilities are still the same, but I do miss the old small convenience store as it had more goods to buy, the staff were super friendly and very helpful.

Cons:

I found that the quality of the food has gone down compared to when I came. The food was a bit too oily to my liking. Nonetheless, the margarita pizza was good.
