I am impressed with the wonderful service of the whole staff, especially Iskir? sorry that I don't fully remember his name, but his service of preparing the breakfast was great!
Der Service war super! Wir waren mit unserem Zimmer unzufrieden und hatten direkt ein Apartment mit Küche bekommen. Vielen Dank an Özkan und Mürşid and dieser Stelle! Beide waren immer sehr freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Frühstück war sehr lecker! Das Hotel liegt auch an einer sehr ruhigen Ecke, was wichtig für mich war, da ich mich von einer Operation erholte.
Das ursprüngliche Zimmer hatte ein Problem mit der Lüftung. Sie lief ununterbrochen und war sehr laut. Bis das Problem behoben ist, sollte das Zimmer nicht vermietet werden.
The staff and service we received were extremely good. From breakfast being delivered to our room, to the daily cleaning from housekeeping, we dealt with extremely kind and helpful staff (especially from Ozkan and his team) that provided superb hospitality and a very relaxing experience.
The room was very spacious, clean, and quiet. There was no noise that woke us up during the night, unlike other hotels I’ve stayed in, and the AC and water provided were refreshing after long days touring the city.
We were also able to book a very convenient package to the Princes Island.

Not very clean, mold in the bathroom. Smells like cigarettes even in non smoking rooms and parking is really hard.

Ac wasn’t working, zero privecy
It’s a reasonable hotel with good staff and reasonable amenities. value for money when comparing prices with other similar hotels in the area. Breakfast served is their own set menu but freshly made and generous.
If you are travelling with family then the location could be a question mark as the hotel is on a very steep and dangerous hill where cars can easily run over you if do not pay attention while crossing. It is not far from the main streets but hiking may not be an easy task in particular if you have an elderly or infant in the buggy. Also there is no swimming pool which is a misrepresentation. Showers are broken and leaking!
I travelled for work purpose and was promised to have an invoice on my company issues. It never happened. They wrote on chat that yes, but in person whenever I asked I was denied or they pretended they did not speak English or understand me. So if you travel for work purposes - do not book this hotel. They were lying to booking about the invoice. It caused me a lot of problems. Also everywhere you can see and smell cats, I love them, but did not want to smell them.
Room was great and clean. Some stuff was nice and friendly. Breakfast was ok, but served to your room. Also acoustics were poor, you could hear other guests at 4:30-5 am…
The property exceeded my expectations. The location was perfect, the rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the amenities were excellent. Daily room cleaning was thorough, breakfast was delicious, and the staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. Highly recommend!
The staff are good people I had some dental work done and room had no freezer but they kept my ice pads in there hotel freezer. The cleaners are great they will clean everyday if u want but it’s not needed for me. Oh going for medical tourism it’s close to hospital dental u can walk easy and safe area

Nothing at all
No amenities at all and also no breakfast buffet . Just they are making breakfast cheese butter jam and bread and giving one by one to the customer .
Also no tissue paper in the rooms . No Air condition in bedroom
