Deeply disapointed
Pros:

Where to strat...
Of all the hotels and homestays we have been in India, this is by far the worst experience. We chose this hotel because of its location, overseing Ooty, and because of the homely ambiance that transpired in their web site. When we first stept in to our room we noticed a odor of dampness, but as the door and windows had been left open, it wasen’t so bad. Turns out that the bathroom facilities had a permanent smell of urine and mold and that mold covered the ceiling and parts of the wall. Despite advertising a shower, there was none (there is a geaser but its not connected). The bed sheet where badly stainded. Breakfeast was served outside, which would have been nice if it wasn’t for the pile of garbage you had to sit next to. Unfortunately, I recommand avoiding the place altogether.
