Most of the staff are very helpful specifically the staff on my second day at the hotel.

The check in staff all look grumpy, the one who checks me in keeps asking me many times what time I want to leave the room on my check out day and the check out at this hotel is 11 am , I just arrived why he wants me to leave lol. And after that he told me my room did not include breakfast and I said that's fine and he over me breakfast and I said no thanks, well he keeps explaining to me about the breakfast on and on he sounds like a robot to me, what I need is to get to my room after a long day travel.

Το προσωπικο ηταν πολυ ευγενικό , τα δωματια καθαρα και η τοποθεσία του σε πολύ κεντρικό σημειο της shinjuku χωρις ομως να εχει θορυβους που να μας ενοχλουν. Η βαθμολογια ειναι αυτη λογω του πολυ μικρου δωματιου. Προφανως ξερουμε οτι τα δωματια στο Τοκιο ειναι μικρα αλλα πραγματικα δε χωρουσαμε καθολου ουτε τα πραγματα μας. Το μπανιο επισης παρα πολυ μικρό θυμιζε καμπινα πλοιου. Αν καποιος θελει μια οικονομική επιλογή και δε κουβαλαει πολλες βαλιτσες ειναι οκ.

La ubicación.

Cons:

Imposible usar los lavarropas. Siempre estaban ocupados. Deberían funcionar bajo reserva o algo porque hay muy pocos para la cantidad de huéspedes que tienen.

Prime Location
Pros:

Room is clean, comes with bathtub despite its room size ! Prime location to discover the night life of Shinjuku without worrying the last train. Surrounding with multiple 24hrs eatery, convenient stores and Don Quijote.
