Pros:

Останавливались в этом отеле во время поездки в Токио на 3 ночи.
Сотрудник на ресепшене был вежливым и извинился за задержку с заселением.
В качестве компенсации подарили небольшие презенты - очень приятный жест, подарок действительно понравился
В целом завтраки нормальные, но не вау.
Удобное расположение: рядом есть 7/11, обменник и другие магазины

Cons:

Заселение задержали: мы пришли в 14:00, ждали до 15:00, но номер не был готов, в итоге заселили только через полчаса и в другой номер.
В номере было прохладно, ночью холодно.
Ванная комната очень маленькая - некомфортно, особенно для высоких гостей.
Кровать жесткая, подушек всего две.
В зоне завтрака на 1 этаже тоже было холодно.

В целом впечатления смешанные. Для одного раза подойдет, но возвращаться в этот отель я бы не стала.

Cons:

Odalar çok küçük. Çalışanlar kaba. Özellikle otel girişinde kapıyı oda kartınızla açmanız gerekiyor. Bundan saçma bir şey görmedim. Gorevliler yüzünüze bakıyor ve kapıyı açmıyor. Odalar bir gün temizleniyor, bir gün temizlenmiyor. Banyoda çok kötü bir koku var. Odalar soğuk.

Nice staff and good rate
Pros:

Good price for Shinjuku, location is defintely the red light district but once you work it out its easy access to main streets and stations, staff were friendly - always greeting us and gave me an extra pillow.

Cons:

Room tiny as expected but still the smallest room out of all the hotels we stayed at. Biggest issue was the thin walls, usually this doesn't bother us but we got unlucky with our neighbours who liked to stay up all night.

Tiny room with a bathroom I could barely fit in.
Pros:

Situated close to busy Shinjuku but as it was on the outer area of kabucicho there were a lot of working girls on the streets.

Cons:

For the price thw room was much smaller than other places I stayed in Tokyo and Japan.
