Pros:

1. The location was good.
10 mins drive to Southkey,
walking distance <10 mins to KSL, Plaza Pelangi
10 mins drive to the famous Kacang Haji Pool

2. Booked for standard twin room but upgraded to Deluxe Twin Room for free. The room slightly outdated but all facilities still good.

3. Didnt get the chance to try hotel breakfast.

4. The receptionist was very helpful and nice. Kudos to the team👍🏻👍🏻

Cons:

The traffic during peak hour might be quite intense. So plan your journey

We really like the hotel, Will come back again.

"Great location close to major local attractions and fantastic food spots. My son love the swimming pool and the hotel breakfast. Nice variety of food and the bed was super big and comfortable to sleep.

Cons:

The only thing which I don't like was the toilet facilities, it was so difficult to put my shampoo and soap. I do not have any place to arrange it nicely. Hope the management will look into it. And the scarier part was before I went to shower, I saw a black lizard which my heart stopped. It was quite big and was moving, thank god my helper came and help me to clear it off. And we saw some dead and dry cockroach outside our room corridor door carpet.

Short stay at Johor Bahru near KSL Mall
Pros:

The Grand Paragon room was really maintained grand, with a good view of the city. The bathroom was pretty decent with neat face and shower towels provided every day. The location is very near KSL mall and its possible to explore the area by foot except that the roads dont have footwalk areas. Breakfast was decent but could have more varieties and more dessert options.

Dissapointed

The property is location-wise, 10 mins to the city

Cons:

My suite was hot as the aircond is not maintaining properly, first after check in around 6pm my spouse have been reporting about it, the maintenance guys come at 9pm. After that, only cold abt 10 mins, my baby was drench with sweats during her sleep. Called back at 12 am asking for change of room but then all my same suite was fully booked, offered to change into 3 bedroom suite w/out bathtub. My main stay is for my baby to enjoy the bathtub, maintenance guy came around 12.30am to fix the a/c however around 4-5am the a/c became as previous, hot & stuffy. It is not convenient for us to change the room at that time. Please fix the a/c issue before giving guests to stay.
