Checking in and out is fast and efficient.
Staffs at the counter is friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was quite good. Wide variety of food available. Many staffs to overlook in all areas.

Cons:

The room is huge but is dark and gloomy. During daytime it is brighter only when we open the curtain. When the curtain is close, its very dark and gloomy, especially the hall area.

The toilet is huge too. Only upsetting thing is the toilet bowl. My room toilet bowl was loose and almost fell off. Called the front desk and they arranged for someone to do something about it. All settled. Please provide a hose bidet instead of the one you providing now. It was so inconvenient for all of us.
