Perfect location with great staff!
Pros:

Customer service was fantastic at this Westin! Also, the location is fantastic.

Cons:

It’s an older hotel that could use a little refresh but still a nice hotel and great stay.

Great location. Need to modify check-in and cleaning.
Pros:

I liked the convenience of it being close to the concert venue and eating places.

Cons:

They did not have our room ready at 4:00 check in time and had to wait over 30 more minutes to get into a room. Then we did not have towels. Went down and asked for them and they said they would send some up and never did. 4 of us had to use 3 hand towels to dry off. Finally, after getting back from the concert, you could clearly smell weed coming into our room.

It was decent. It was overpriced compared to other places we’ve stayed.

Best location in Bham
Pros:

This place is in a great location. There are plenty of activities and entertainment within walking distance on most weekends, and there are seasonal sports and expo events nearby. Makes for a fun trip with groups of friends.

I loved being able to go downstairs and have coffee and a small breakfast snack to start my day. It was a nice little place to sit and people watch! It was very clean and the facility convenient.

Will never return if no food service is available at the hotel. Walking down the street was not ok.

Cons:

There was no food available. Need a restaurant in house. Sent over to the Sheraton for breakfast. The bartender placed our order. Terrible service, basically not familiar with food service. Food was horrible. Avocado toast & coffee for two was $60 and it wasn't even fresh avocado, just avocado sauce.

Very sad experience
Pros:

Very sad experience: everything was already paid for by my company, but the lady at the front desk refused to process my check-in (at 9:30 PM). I just moved to the Sheraton next door, and they are fine. The Westin Huntsville is very different and professional.
