Huge suite with living area and giant bathroom!
Pros:

Great experience with a fantastic upgrade. Convenient to the BJCC. Room service was good. Coffee shop in lobby excellent. Upgraded to hospitality suite which was HUGE, great entertaining space even if furniture is a little worn. My daughter didn’t notice, to her this suite was rock star worthy. Huge main bathroom with tons of counter space for getting ready, along with smaller guest nah off the living room. Two mini fridges also a plus, plenty of room for storing what we needed. This room would be great space for a girls weekend!

Excellent Staff
Pros:

The Westin is in a great location and is connected with its sister hotel a Sheraton and the convention center. The Westin is in the process of being renovated (club Linge closed but can use the Sheraton’s). The maids on the 9th floor were friendly and could not do enough to make you feel special offering water, towels, etc always saying hello and thanking us for the stay. The desk and other staff always said hello and asked if they could help in any way. Temperature in the room was great, good showers, clean, good desk, WiFi was great, no issues or problems whatsoever. I’d stay again.

We will stay here again.
Pros:

This was a great location especially if you are going to the amphitheater for a concert like we did. Lots of restaurants in walking distance. A free shuttle to and from concert venue.

Cons:

We had two double beds not two queen. They were too small for us 4. That could have been an error on my part. I didn’t even know hotels had double beds anymore.

Room was small and basic, nice shower but body wash was completely empty. At 3 times the price I expected a better room.
Pros:

Location was awesome and we were able to cross over to the BJCC without going outside
