Pas au niveau tout simplement

Je n’ai pas aimé qu’on me loge dans une aile de l’hôtel disons qui était sale et pas au niveau d’un Sofitel lorsqu’on paie 1558€ pour 6 nuits la propriété et le service doivent être au niveau d’un Sofitel, hors je me suis retrouvé dans une chambre avec des nuisibles ! En plus aillant payé mon séjour directement et n’aillant souhaité laisser d’empreinte bancaire le personnel n’a pas fait preuve de tact en voulant m’imposer de régler toutes dépenses à chaque fois alors ça aurait été plus judicieux de me faire une note au check out ! Pour finir le ménage j’ai dû me plaindre pour qu’ils le fassent au quotidien ! Je me suis tué à leur expliquer que lorsqu’on fait le choix de venir au Sofitel c’est parce qu’on attend un niveau de service et propreté et la pour moi l’expérience à négative

Unclean and elevator disruptions.
Pros:

Great location.

Cons:

First room was extremely dirty - visible grey dust on the carpet around the bed and windows. The shower also did not drain. Staff did relocate me immediately after my compliant.

The phone in the room did not work.

Works on elevators occurred at multiple points throughout the day without any heads up to guests, meaning you were either stuck on your floor or in search of the service elevator.

Relaxing and pleasant experience
Pros:

Had a really relaxing experience. The environment was calm and clean, and the staff was welcoming and professional. I enjoyed my time and would definitely come back. I was warmly welcomed by Aminata, and Stéphie took great care of me throughout the experience.

Pros:

The external aesthetics and the lobby area. There were also some very warm staff members who went out of their way to ensure my comfort.

Cons:

My room was bad and I had to change my initial room and also get a workman to fix the door of the room I changed to. General look and feel of the wing I was in did not justify the charge for the room and some of the staff were out rightly cold.
I also had an accident on the premises and noone made an effort to check and offer any assistance, other than when the ambulance came and a staff member had to lead them to my room.

Overall it was a good experience with Valerie.erie.
Pros:

I had a relaxing massage for fatigue. The masseuse Valerie was very professional polite and accommodating.
The reception was cheerful but rigid about use of my own healing essential oil blend which dies not stain. For the price you pay she could be more accommodating .
