Mooi complex met alle comfort.
Wij waren hier 1 nacht , voor de wandelaar en fietser perfect.
Hôtel super bien situé - très au calme avec une vue magique sur le lac.
Toutefois pour les charges de voiture électrique, c’est une prise simple qui recharge en 4 - juste insupportable quand l’hôtel s’affiche avec recharge électrique

Tornato dopo qualche anno, sempre piacevole soggionnarci, peccato solo la mancanza di aria condizionata in questi giorni di caldo infernale, ma certo non è il clima che si ha normalmente in montagna e quindi se ne capisce l'assenza
Ingen AC, outhärdligt varmt i rum och utrymmen. Spindelväv i rummen.
Säkert bra hotell för 20 år sen men i desperat behov av renovering.

Sehr freundlicher Empfang an der Rezeption. Tolles Team beim Abendessen. Wir hatten sehr viel Spaß mit dem aufmerksamen Personal. Das Team beim Frühstück bedarf Nachschulungen hinsichtlich Tische abräumen, Getränke und Essen Auffüllung sowie Freundlichkeit. Der Ausblick vom Hotel ist grandios, wenn nicht sogar einmalig.
Das Personal war sehr nett und der Pool war angenehm.
Sensationelle Aussicht. Immer wieder gerne.
Un hôtel qui se prend pour un hôtel 3 étoiles mais qui n’a rien d’un 3 étoiles :
- pas de climatisation dans les chambres
- lavabo bouché
- Service de restauration très long
- un bâtiment et décoration qui ont besoin d’être rafraîchis
Fantastic view from the restaurant. Well worth visiting on a family trip.
Café horrible, croissants dégelés, jus d’orange médiocre, pas d’œufs brouillés au petit dej.
Chambre pleine de poussière! Pas de crème pour le corps.

Die Unterkunft isch schön gelegen wenn man mal dort ist. Die Strasse ist sehr eng und in schlechtem Zustand. Unterkunft ist sehr abgeschieden. Ideal zum erholen. Zustand des Hotel ist eher in die Jahre gekommen und daher den Preis nicht wert.
Das TV Gerät ging nicht richtig , die Spülung hat nicht richtig funktioniert das Essen war teuer , speziell der Wein war überrissen teuer.
Das Panorama ist schön

Mit herrlicher Aussicht über Luganersee. Gute Küche.
