Nothing
I don’t write reviews, but I decided to this time as this was ridiculous.
When we checked in, the other 3 couples were on the second floor and we were on the 1st floor. ( I had booked all 4 rooms under my name). I started to walk down the hall then went back and nicely asked if they had any rooms available on the 2nd floor so we could all be together and the lady said she would check. The other woman who had checked us in ( don’t know her name, she had blue or green hair and a ring in her nose) came around the corner and snapped, what’s the problem. The other lady said that I was wondering if I could be moved to the 2nd floor. She again snapped at me, have you been in your room, I said no, we didn’t even open the door. She let out a big annoyed sigh and said, we can’t be changing rooms around all the time. I said that I had booked all 4 rooms under my name so we would be on the same floor. She looked at me and said, that’s not how it works, all snarky. I said, that’s fine, and walked away. I wasn’t being rude, I wasn’t demanding a room change, I had just went to the desk to see if it was possible to get a room with the rest of my group, there was absolutely no reason for her to be ignorant like she was.
When we got in our rooms, The floors were wet in all 4 rooms that I booked forgot myself and friends, there is a MAJOR humidity problem. The air conditioning was cranked and there was a musty smell. After staying for a couple nights my clothes were damp from being in the room. Another guest that wasn’t with our group asked at the front desk why her floors were wet and she was told that they must of been shampooed.
The service and the condition of the rooms was bad enough at regular rates, but the State fair was going on, so the rates were jacked way up. Very disappointed and won’t be back again!
Staff were friendly and helpful
Not complaints
Everything
Nothing
Staff at check in at front desk were friendly
Room was not clean! Requested to change rooms, but hotel was fully booked. Cleaned the bathroom before use due to black hairs everywhere and “goo” marks on tub, sink and floor. Bed head boards were disgustingly dirty. Duvets were dirty as well. Overall the room was gross!
Nothing got to site and no room available
No room available even with confirmation
Breakfast was good every day, room service was very good for our 11 day extended stay
N/A
Good value and a clean room. The only negative was there was no coffee available in the eating area in the evening, and the 6am coffee was lukewarm. Breakfast service didn’t start until 6:30am and I had to leave at 6:10am.
See above comment.
IT INCLUDED BREAKFAST AND THERE WAS A BIG AREA SO WE COULD PLAY CARDS
We were there 2nd week-end in June. It was very cold in the lobby area. Our room the bathroom floor was sticky.
