We deserve a full refund and hope you will work with us to get a refund.
Cons:

Very dirty, they say Booking had not communicated with them and they wanted us to pay an additional $108 to stay there. Booking had already billed our credit card and been payed $122. It was a mess of a situation. We canceled and asked for full refund. They said they wouldn’t/couldn’t. We have been shafted $122 and need money back. We acted very decent in this matter. We want return of $122. They are saying Booking is the one that owes us the money. This was/is a bad bad experience.

Pros:

Room was clean and ready to go, even though I was a little early. Check in and out was a breeze. The staff as always was very friendly and addressed any needs faster than some of the other large city establishments. I would have to say Eagles Den is a great place to stay if you are in the area for a overnight or extended stay hunting trip. Thanks guys. See ya next year.

Staff was friendly and helped me check in after hours. It was very easy and convenient! Washer and dryer! Great water pressure in the shower! King size bed! Will definitely return!

Rude check-in. Nice stay.

The room was okay. It’s a nice little place that feels like an apartment. The check in process was inconsistent. I received an email to call and check in if I was supposed to arrive after 6:30 because the office would close. I arrived at 4:00 and the office was already closed. When I called the number attached to the email, it was the number to the Kennedy location. The lady I spoke to was a little rude due to the confusion of the location I had called. She said I needed to call the other location because she didn't see a reservation for me. The rest of the stay was okay.

Pros:

The lady who was managing the property(answered the after hours call 12-8-2022) in three rivers that I spoke with was absolutely AMAZING! So helpful and very kind!!!

It was nice to relax on a couch to watch tv instead of sitting on a bed after traveling for 8 hours. It was clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again.
