Great Experience
Pros:

Staff is very cheerful and helpful, the hotel and the room were pretty quiet and big for Japanese standards. The hotel is just just 200 meters from Shimbashi Train Station. The best side was the housekeeper, she kept the room so much clean and she even tied up my mess as I did many shopping, I really appreciate her hardworks, I want to give special thanks to the housekeeper.

Cons:

Breakfast is really weak, nothing more negative tho.

overall stay was pleasant very close to the ginza shopping district and close commute to the subway stations. very conve

i loved how eveything was self serve in a way. the luggage transfer was super easy and staff were very polite. if wanted to stay in tokyo would definitely recommend.

Cons:

only thing i didn’t like about the property was the space it’s definitely a small room even with the deluxe room it’s pretty hard to open a suitcase on the floor fully. the bathroom is very tiny as well for the price i paid i was expecting a bigger room. as i am in osaka right now paying less a night with a bigger room to open up 2 big suitcases fully and with a laundry machine ifs definitely small.

Pros:

Metroya 3 dk yürüme, çalışanlar çok yardım sever, temiz otel. Ginza caddesine 5 dk yürüme. Alt katında market var. Sessiz otel. Tekrar gelsem yine burada kalırım net.

The location is great but the annex room was terrible

We like the location of the hotel.

Cons:

We were put in the annex on this stay. After living in Japan for over 10 years and travelling there on many occasions this was the smallest room we have ever stayed in. On previous occasions we have stayed in the main hotel and the room was fine. This time we had to climb over our one suitcase to get to the bathroom and we had to move it to open the door. Had the annex been a cheaper price it would have been a little more tolerable but to charge the same price as the main hotel is outrageous
