The location is mostly what this hotel has to offer, and the stuff are very nice eventho they don't know much english

Cons:

The room sizes are very weird, and small, even on a tokyo scale... We tried avoiding it by looking at the actual size of the room, but then the bed was bigger? So the room was super super small...

Overall, it was excellent.
Pros:

The location was excellent. It was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go. There was easy access to four different train lines (Ginza, JR Yamanote, Yurikamome and Asakusa Line. Access to Ootoya Restaurant (excellent!) and Family Mart was right through connecting doors.

Cons:

Our room faced the train lines heading into Shimbashi station so it was a tad noisy when we were trying to sleep and before our normal wakeup time.

La ubicacion es buena pero es excesivamente pequeña la habitación

La ubicación es genial, al lado de la estacion de Shimbashi, bien conectado con diferentes lineas. Por la zona hay un montón de sitios para cenar y tambien por Ginza que queda muy cerca.
Está bien que si no quieres desayunar en el hotel te den tickets para gastar en el konbini de debajo.

Cons:

Las habitaciones de esta cadena son de lo mas pequeño que hemos encontrado en nuestro viaje a Japon. Resulta bastante agobiante, para moverse dos personas por la habitación hay que andar dejando paso uno al otro... abrir una maleta es todo un reto. La cama tambien pequeña, no pudimos dormir bien.
