Comfortable location, Good staff and good communication. Would definitely recommend to solo travellers.

Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal in diesem Hotel übernachtet und war wieder einmal sehr zufrieden. Die Lage ist bombastisch gut. Fußläufig nach Ginza, wenige Meter zum Bahnhof Shimbashi mit x Linien. Man ist wirklich überall in Zentral-Tokio in weniger als 30 Minuten. Es gibt viele Restaurants, ein Konbini (FamilyMart) mit direktem Zugang zum Hotel und weitere Konbinis im Umfeld des Hotels. Das Zimmer ist platzmäßig optimal ausgenutzt. Zu zweit kann es etwas eng sein, weil das Bett an der Wand/am Fenster steht. Ansonsten gibt es auf wenig Raum viele Annehmlichkeiten. Das Hotel hat eine Coin-Laundry (Kreditkarten gehen auch ;)) und eine Mikrowelle. Es gibt Pyjamas und alles Mögliche, was man benötigen könnte. Vom Haarband über Gesichtsmaske und Tee kann man sich an der Rezeption bedienen. Ich würde immer wieder dort übernachten.
Der Preis ist für Tokio, die Lage und die Ausstattung sensationell günstig. Es war mein günstigstes Hotel auf der Reise (Hiroshima, Nagasaki, Fukuoka, Busan, Seoul, Tokio).
Der Ausblick nach hinten raus war nicht so schön und dass es keinen Schrank oder mehr Ablagefläche gibt. Aber eigentlich war ich sehr zufrieden.

コンビニが一階にあるので便利です。
部屋が別館だったため、コンビニに行くのにいちいち外に出ないといけない所が少し面倒です。

スタッフの対応は良かったですが、一部のスタッフさんにチェックイン手続きの際あまり誠意のない対応が見受けられました。
The rooms are small but it is like this in all hotels. The employees are really kind and helpful. Middle of the night our air condition was not working we went to lobby and 3 people are awake and working they helped and fixed it in 5 minutes. Thank you for everything.
