Very handy for Shimbashi and the station. I was a bit confused by the breakfast arrangements (2 local restaurants; one western one Japanese and a third offer of 800 yen at the adjoining 24h Family Mart). I had an early train so went with option 3. Saved me time and worked really well.
Rooms small but I knew that. If you are in the adjoining building you have to lug your gear into the main one to check out. Not a disaster but must be a better solution. Overall happy.
The location is ideal since it is located near the train station and close to restaurants where you can find good Japanese and Western food. If you are lucky, you can get a room with great view of the train tracks, with trains passing through.
Nothing much to dislike for me. The only thing I didn't like was that the pillows were a bit too thin for my liking.
Chambre un peu petite mais c’est pas très grave. Le Familymart au rez de chaussée est très pratique.

Train noise, poor breakfast, poor sun window cover, bad bed.
Location was perfect, there is a direct train to the airports. However, specifically at nights, it was vey loudly and there are too many people for drinking and laughing on the streets around the hotel.
The room was extremely small and even we cannot locate our luggage. There is no wardrobe and the hangers are not adequate. Pillows was really bad, we cannot feel comfortable. Annex building was located at behind of the main building and hard to find. Staff cannot speak English, we only communicate with them while using a translation machine.
Property was very clean and comfortable , close to station and Ginza area
Rooms were very small and staff made error in rooms in our group
