We will be back for sure.
Pros:

Breakfast was exceptionally good, GREAT coffee, and very nice staff. Our room was simply perfect. We stayed two nights and were surprised that our room was freshened with new sheets after the first night.

Good value for the price paid
Pros:

Comfortable beds, friendly staff, decent American hot breakfast. Location is right at the Waterfront mall, lots of shopping options, but it was quiet enough.

For the most part it was good, minus the stove being broke!
Pros:

I think this was the best room that I've ever had there. The refrigerator was large as was the t.v.

Cons:

The stove was broke downstairs, which meant we only had cold breakfast items. I'm very disappointed because I had only yogurt and hard boiled eggs!

The bed and mattress were very good. We liked the firm mattress, and the bed height.

We did not eat our breakfast at the Hotel, as we preferred fresh food.

We would have liked to have the coffee pods replaced after our first night.

What a nightmare. Never again. Smoke filled room. Super understaffed. Not clean. Bad location.
Pros:

The staff here are trying their very best, but they are severely understaffed.

Cons:

We got there late and there were people throwing a full on party in the parking lot right outside the front door. Drinks, music, etc. but loud. When we got to the room it reared of cigarette smoke. They couldn’t transfer us to a different room because they were totally booked up. They had one person working for the entire hotel. The breakfast each morning seemed as if it was just microwaved from the day before. I didn’t know fried potato’s could be so soggy.

Even though it was clean and friendly, I would not go back.
Pros:

Staff was very friendly and breakfast was good.

Cons:

The rooms were VERY noisy. When someone would enter or exit their room, the doors slam so hard it would shake our walls so we didn’t sleep the first night. The mattress was so hard my arms were sore the next day because I’m a side sleeper.
