Good price good location
Very centric, close to metro station
Maybe a little bit too small for two people with luggage but that's typical in Tokyo
Hotel staffs were good
The hotel didn't provide an itemized bill, and the cleanliness was poor. Additionally, there was a broken sink in the hotel bathroom.

The facilities were clean. The staff were friendly and helpful. Close to the station.
Late check-out can be arranged till 1.00 pm at an additional cost of 1000¥ per hour.
One side faces close to two railway lines, so it might be a little noisy at night. Fortunately my room was facing a different direction.
About 15-20 minutes from Yokohama and about 30 minutes to Chinatown.
The location is great. It is very close to the JR and Keikyu station to get to Tokyo and the Haneda airport.
