Spoilt by freezing cold aircon.
Cons:

Room was ridiculously cold until I turned the aircon off and put a note on it to stop the staff resetting it to 19C.
Why do they think we want freezing cold rooms?
Likewise the restaurant was unpleasantly cold.

Very enjoyable and comfortable, well located.
Pros:

We upgraded to a grand suite, and it was certainly grand! Staff were helpful, professional and friendly. Good location for access to local museums, Chinatown and the city centre, with a train station nearby. The 4th floor pool is a great asset.

Великолепно все начиная с шикарного ужина и завтрака, историческое здание отеля…номера с безупречной чистотой и огромной кроватью. Ванная комната как в фильмах…В общем проживание качества LX и Supreme…

A great option in Kuala Lumpur if you want to spoil yourself for a day or so.
Pros:

Lovely old hotel with comfortable rooms and a big tub.
Breakfast buffet had a variety of food options as well as good coffee .
Menu in the cafe was interesting again with lots of veggie dishes.

Luxury hotel with a small room of improvement in staff service.
Pros:

Property remains elegant throughout the years, check in was smooth and shuttle bus was convenient.

Cons:

Breakfast buffet selection was low to average (cut fruit selection only 2) Staff lack interpersonal skills and can’t understand the essential needs to accommodate children’s needs such as having ice cream, juices etc.

New wing pool not great, no view.
