A Luxurious Stay with Excellent Service, Despite a Few Minor Issues
Pros:

I really liked the room as it was beautifully designed, spacious, and felt very luxurious. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and always welcoming with a smile. I especially loved the bathroom setup and the bathtub. Breakfast was also excellent, with a wide variety of choices, and the dining area was comfortable with enough space between tables for a more relaxing experience.

Cons:

The main issue was the check-in delay. I booked two rooms, but one was not ready when I arrived, and I had to wait about two hours before I could check in. This disrupted my plans for the afternoon, as I expected to check in at 3 PM, rest for a while, and continue with other activities at 5 PM. However, the hotel kindly upgraded the room to a Junior Suite, which I truly appreciated and helped make up for the inconvenience. In the Junior Suite, I also noticed that a few lights were not working and the bathroom sink was slightly clogged. There was also a TV near the bathtub, but the screen was difficult to see while using the bathtub because of the viewing angle. It would be great if this could be improved with a newer TV that has a better viewing angle.

Quite a special heritage hotel and staff excellent.
Pros:

Besides being heritage, beautiful, very comfortable and quiet, the staff are so welcoming, friendly and helpful. Lovely touches everywhere - beautiful floral displays, live music during dinner, menu featuring local cuisines. Felt very peaceful and spoilt. And great location.

Pros:

The room was beautiful, comfortable and well-maintained. We really appreciated the thoughtful birthday surprise prepared by the hotel. The overall ambience was elegant and relaxing.

Magestic!!!!
Pros:

The Hotel has maintained an old British rustic tradition which brings out a sense of royalty to the guests. My spouse, who is a lover of flowers like the site of orchids in the Hotel- As you know, a happy wife....

Cons:

While there was a wide array of Mayasian cuisine, there was little assistance or no assistance to one who does not understand the different cuisines. That robs one an opportunity for one who desires to experience the cuisines.

Historical colonial hotel with friendly staff
Pros:

All staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful. The bedroom was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was good, we also enjoyed high tea and live music in one of the bars (sorry I can't remember the name). There was a shuttle bus running every half hour to take guests to KL Sentral.

Cons:

The city is not in walking distance. There were no food and drinks available at the pool area and no outside food and beverages were allowed. It would have been nice to enjoy a cold drink and snack by the pool after a day of sightseeing.
