Great staff in central location.
Pros:

Excellent room and breakfast. Staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Location is also very good.

Rooms were lovely, Staff were rude and pushy.
Pros:

Lovely rooms though very hard to work out where bar and colonial cafe was - could do with better signposting!

Cons:

The presence of a gentleman’s (male only) club disguised as a smoke room. I am surprised Marriott still allow this to exist in one of their hotels - we are not in the 1970’s!!!!

Pros:

Everything is 5/5 a place for relaxing and peace stay. Kuddos to sir Afzal who upgrade my room without charging me but unfortunately i already requested that i want a city view which means a view of klcc or any menara kl from my room.

The Tv channel and probably i wish the lift can enter parking basement directly because we need to change from room to lobby and lobby to basement. But so far the lift is fast.

It was a lovely stay we had at this historic hotel
Pros:

Well appointed and excellent location

Cons:

Not much. It’s an old hotel but we knew that so we anticipated that some of the amenities might not be at par with the more modern hotels. It’s historic and old charm more than made up for it

Excellent stay loved the location and staff super friendly

Front of house staff were super friendly and helpful, great concierge thanks

Cons:

Rooms were very large, comfortable and lively decor, cool city views. Pool was very nice, and breakfast was great too.
