From beginning to end, a fabulous experience.
Pros:

The location was perfect for my business there.
The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming. Every time I ran into a staff member they always asked if my stay was good and offered to help out in any way.

Cons:

No real breakfast.

Good place to stay, would consider staying again.
Pros:

Relatively clean, close to shopping area, when needed.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t all that quiet. Heard people in the hallway talking and I think, noise from doors opening closing or something.

Overall, room and location was good & staff were polite and nice.
Pros:

Seemed relatively clean, close to shops if, needed.

Cons:

Room wasn’t quiet with noise from people talking in hallways, some kind of clanking sounds, maybe, from doors opening/closing, maybe, elevator noise, not sure.

Excellent location with clean, quiet rooms and great parking!
Pros:

Super location that is easy to get to, really clean and updated rooms, nice underground parking with EV chargers, and extremely kind and helpful staff.

Cons:

My only one issue is that a non-EV parked in one of the three EV charging stations for two days straight, preventing those of us with EV's from charging - I would appreciate having signage posted that tells customers that those parking spots are for EV's ONLY.

Pros:

Loved the parking set-up since it was raining.
The lobby had a good vibe overall.
Very friendly check in staff

Cons:

My TV connection didn’t work. AirPlay, it wasn’t worth calling the front desk over but super inconvenient. The fitted sheet didn’t fit my bed. There was some trash still under my bed and in the trash.

Place shows signs of deteriorating
Pros:

This hotel shows signs of deteriorating. We stayed here last December and was happy with it for the value of it. It’s in a convenient location, spacious room (we had two queen beds). Lots of spaces at the lobby for working professionals. This year, we are not as happy. The toilet kept not flushing and the repairman had to come out twice. We asked for another room because we didn’t want to without a working toilet in the middle of the night. They kept telling us no room available.
The hot water for bath is just warm enough with the hottest setting, not hot. Though it’s hot enough for shower. The bathtub drain wouldn’t shut tight so it wouldn’t hold water for soaking bath. I had to keep the water running to keep the bathtub full. The complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning is warm and was never hot. If you look for a place to stay then this might work for you. I think I’ll try a different hotel next time.
