There was no shuttle bus. There was smell in the hall ways. Room did not have a good view, a small window facing adjacent buildings!

The location is very good, walking distance to the train station, restaurant, malls. safe location. What I didn't like is that I stayed for 5nights, and most of the time, I need to request for towel everyday. Also, the type of towel seem so bad. Noise is also perceived since there was a repair going on, which the hotel failed to tell during my booking.

Location is great. Walking distance to metro station( Green line). A lot of restaurants around to choose from. There’s also a money changer just outside the hotel.

Ramada Deira is a nice Hotel located in the midst of good shopping, good restaurants and lively area.

The property was located next to everything...lots of resturants...transportation..stores....etc busy..city area

Location was good. Taxis get confused as there are 2 Ramadas.
Staff very slow and not very professional. A lot of waiting.

Tube station right on the doorstep very very easy to get around. Hotel facilities are very good. Lovely staff and offers a good breakfast. Local shoos and restaurants accessible.

Everything was terrible. Room not ready, then I was given what must have been the worst room in the hotel with maintenance work being undertaken outside my door. I could hear the noise from other people's bathrooms.

I have been staying here regularly for the last few years What I have seen of late is that the quality of the upkeep has come down very much . The toilets / rooms used to be extremely clean and neat . It has started getting an old look Never the less it is in a very safe area with excellent transport connectivity . Plus there are innumerable shops and restaurants in the vicinity . Nice place for a short stay - eithe for business or tourist purpose

Excellent location really close to the metro, many taxis and buses to visit all the attractions, good size pool, super clean, comfortable place. Definitely I will comeback.

A good hotel, centerally located, near malls, shopping, eating j9ints etc. Recommend this hotel for a smooth and comfortable stay. Breakfast could be improved.

Great location. Less than a minute’s walk to the metro station and across the road from Reef Mall. A 5 minute walk to Al Ghurair Centre. Very good value for money and decent breakfast. Would certainly stay here again and recommend.
