Eşim ve oğlumla kaldık. Oda çok güzel ve temizdi. Çalışanlar ilgiliydi ve güler yüzlüydü. Havuza girdik.Tertemiz bir spor salonu ve havuzu var. Biz çok memnun kaldık.

This day everything was closed due to cleaning? We booked this hotel because of spa, pool and sauna.

After discussing, we were allowed to the pool, freezing pool,. Also charged a fee for this

Don't portrait yourself as a poll/spa hotel when you are not.

We had Breakfast in the room which was nice.

Otelin konumu merkezde ve çalışanları çok yardım sever ve güller yüzlü. Otel bildiğimiz Ramada Plaza standardında değil maalesef. Ama bunu oteldeki güzel insanlar aratmıyor.

It looks cool and clean in general but I found a very long strand of hair in my bed and there was a trace of human feces in the so called cleaned toilet. And regarding breakfast, I think the administration took covid19 measures as an opportunity to provide you with the least amount of food. The breakfast plate was ridiculously poor. Although they offer you a little of other stuff free of charge but you have to ask for it specifically and wait for it. They coud have provided more food options with small portions to minimise exposure as I have seen in other hotels. But I am sure they know what should be done but the aim here is to charge for breakfast and give you nothing. Not recommended at all.

Shower smelled very moldy and the water did not drain 100% leaving a pool of water standing after use.
Room was very dark.

Gittiğimizde deprem olmuştu. Konaklamamızı yapmadan geri döndük. Beklerdim ki otelden bir kişi arasın da “neden gelmediniz başınıza bir şey mi geldi” diye sorsun.

I have stayed several times in this hotel while business trips. Big enough rooms, also clean. Staff is helpfull. The indoor pool is excellent. Do not forget to bring your swimsuits with you. Have a nice stay to you.

Overall not a five star by any means. No wifi on 5th floor. No air. Fridge lackluster. No vegetarian options. Breakfast eh. Facility nice but lack of simple things disappoints. Staff very friendly however.

This hotel provided us a wonderful place to stay and enjoy our visit to Malatya. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very nice. And the amenities were top of the line.

The reservation I have placed through your official website was claimed not to be received by the hotel (even if I have received 2 confirmation e-mails from them) so the check-in time was not really pleasant - it took like half an hour, and bear in mind it was middle of the night. Reception staff English was almost non-existing - I was lucky because there was also manager, who spoke English a little better.

The stay was pretty okay I would say, although I wouldn't say it was 5-star hotel standard, the rooms had some flaws - also it was kinda weird as my reservation was for 2 people and I was told that only one gets complementary breakfast - but well, that's not that much of a problem.

The checkout was also problematic - they could not give me receipt because even if I had reservation from 1st to 4th, I arrived at night between 1st and 2nd, and they considered it as a stay from 2nd to 5th. Eventually they managed to send me receipt (yet in Turkish) after a few calls and contacts from my Turkish companion. She also told me that during one of those calls staff member was raising his voice and was rude - not cool.

Overally, I was disappointed in the stay - in case of Malatya, it's worth to spend 10 euro/day more and choose Hilton - at least now I know it :-)

However, I need to say, that after my stay I contacted Wyndham corporate and the way they addressed the issue was more than satisfying - they handled the issues in best manner they could.

Great staff, the hotel is humble but clean and the food is good. Value for money.
