Beds weren’t clean, room had broken furniture and there was no breakfast.
Pros:

There was no breakfast and the front of the hotel was locked with no personnel.

Cons:

There was blood on the sheets. The sofa was broken and had a sharp rod sticking out. The walls had markings everywhere. To top it off, they didn’t have breakfast.
