Cons:

There was a handle in the shower that was broken before I had gotten there. Also, there was a point I was trying to sleep in and I could hear the cleaning staff being fairly noisy.

Pros:

The staff was nice.

Cons:

We had an issue in our room. We went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. Once we got to the other room there was a sign on the door saying not to enter until management approval. We had to go back down to get a manager and I asked him to escort me up to look at the room.

Great location, large rooms, breakfast not so great
Pros:

Good central location so travel to main attractions doesn’t take long. Walking distance to MSG and Times Square. Close to subway stations, and right opposite Penn Station for Amtrak and Long Island Rail Road. Large, spacious room. Friendly staff that allowed us to have a late check out with no problems. Requested a fridge for our room which was also supplied quickly.

Cons:

Breakfast wasn’t great as the only vegan options were cereal and fruit. They were undergoing maintenance so the breakfast was located in the lobby so maybe they usually have more options but on this occasion options were very limited. Room doors closed very loudly so constant banging was very annoying as hotel guests were not very considerate.

The check-in people are always friendly . I think one is Shay?. Always makes sure I am comfortable . I come maybe every other month for a Knicks game . Great location also

Ubicación perfecta para MSG
Pros:

Ubicación excelente para ir a un concierto en Madison Square Garden ida y vuelta caminando. Metro a pasos del alojamiento, lugar super limpio y hermoso, personal auxiliar que hablaba español demasiado amable y cálidos en mi recibimiento.

Cons:

Personal de recepción no tan amable al intentar comunicarse con alguien que no habla bien inglés.

Great New York hotel
Pros:

Great location close to Madison square garden & Penn station. Room was quiet & dark - couldn't hear too much of the city noises.

Cons:

Breakfast was served just in hotel foyer on weekdays with not much variety - weekend breakfast was better.
