Inspite of the execeptional location the stay is not worth the price.
Pros:

The location was fantastic, the room and bathroom were clean and the staff were courteous. Breakfast was adequate.

Cons:

The room was very sparely appointed and had absolutely the bare minimum in terms of amenities (plastic cups, no dental kit and barely serviceable coffee maker). Also, the coffee service at the reception was not well stocked.

Overpriced for what they offer.
Pros:

We booked a city view room and it worth it, view was great! Room was clean and spotless, very convenient to public transport and restaurants, hairdryer was great!

Cons:

Rooms are VERY small, parking not included, very limited options for breakfast, bathroom sink was tiny, no body lotion amenities not even a free water bottle, hot days in NYC and AC was not powerful, definitely value- price criteria was not met.

L’emplacement est parfaite, on peut tout faire à pied et près de la station de métro Penn. Juste un petit bémol, il n’y avait pas fruits au déjeuner autre que des oranges. Sinon, tout est parfaite. Le personnel est très gentil et un stationnement payant juste à côté.

Location location location!!!
Pros:

First and foremost I want to thank front desk agent Shea...she is such a friendly and helpful person and always wears a smile. She's a big asset to this hotel.

If you're here for a game at MSG, then this hotel is it...just a minute walk away!

And if you're planning on leaving on Amtrak, well, Penn / Moynihan are just across the street from this hotel

Again, great location! Thank you!

Location, Location, Location!!
Pros:

The location was amazing. It was across from Madison Square Garden. Easy access to Amtrak and subways. We had an early train in and a late train out. They held our luggage on both arrival, before check in, and departure day, after check out, so we didnt have to lug it around until our check in/train time. Clean place, friendly staff, and really good breakfast that was included with our stay. Beautiful roof top bar/lounge with pub style food.

Cons:

Everything was fantastic!!
