Het overtrof al m’n verwachtingen.
Pros:

Wellness tuin, ligging bij de bossen, vriendelijkheid personeel, bubbels bij aankomst. Hoe mooi het hotel was ingericht. Veel leuke plekjes om te zitten in en rond het hotel. Sfeervol!

De ligging

Cons:

Had een geluidje in de kamer. Dit kwam vanuit het afzuig systeem. Ook kun je de verlichting van de open badkamer niet apart schakelen. Dus badkamer verlichting aan, is alles aan.

Gewoon best teleurstellend voor mij als rolstoel gebruiker

Ontbijt was goed

Cons:

Totaal niet toegankelijk voor rolstoelen. Graffel super dik niet door heen te duwen laatstaan mijzelf te bewegen
Personeel spreekt geen Engels en geen Nederlands. Heel handig
Dan heb ik het over schoonmaak en ontbijt personeel

Beautiful views and pool area
Pros:

The location was superb - amazing view over the fields and chickens wandering around - loved it! The pool is beautiful - especially nice to swim outside and hear the birds!

Cons:

I liked everything - I’d have given it 10/10 only there was quite a lot of noise outside our room early in the morning coming from the restaurant area - taking out bottles or trolleys or something - that was a shame! Also at night it sounded like a generator which was very noisy!!

Prima plek voor een nacht.
Pros:

Prettige locatie, mooie grote kamer. Prima plek om een nachtje te overnachten voor een zakelijke bijeenkomst de volgende dag. Ligt dicht bij de uitvalswegen.

Cons:

Ik had een kamer met uitzicht op de parkeerplek. Je verwacht iets anders na al die prachtige foto's. Kamer met bad betekent dat er midden in je kamer een bad staat. Gecombineerd met een kamer aan de parkeerplaats voelt dat vreemd en open. Er was nog een apart toilet waar geen wastafel was om je handen te wassen. De wastafel is ook in de kamer. De douche is een klein afgesloten hokje met deur. Vreemde keus. Voelde niet fijn. Bed en kussen hard, dekbed erg zwaar. Ramen kunnen niet open. Jammer op zo'n mooie plek en erg warm in de nacht. Een volgende keer zou ik een kamer met balkon kiezen i.p.v. bad.
Het eten was typisch Van der Valk: prima te eten, maar die arme eend hebben ze na zijn dood wel lelijk mishandeld. Ontbijt was ook prima. Veel keuze.

Very comfortable and quite
Pros:

Usually stay at this hotel whenever travelling to Apeldoorn. Everything is nice about it, Location, Resturant, Hospitality, Clean rooms etc.

Cons:

Nothing in particular. only Smart TVs with Netflix App might help for international travellers.
