Excellent location and friendly staff
Pros:

A brilliant location in the centre of Troyes with the option of parking. Very friendly staff. We have stayed here before and it suits us well for our onward travels.

Cons:

Some of the communal areas could do with a bit of updating, carpets looking a bit worn in places.

Manque une petite machine a café ou thé comme dans tous les hôtels, nous étions au RCH sur la rue. Un peu bruyant mais dû a l'architecture du bâtiment très ancien.

Wunderschönes sehenswertes Haus
Pros:

Ein Juwel ! Mitten in der zauberhaften Altstadt von Troyes gelegen, ca. 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt, innen wie außen ein wunderschönes historisches verwinkeltes Haus, dessen vollen Charme man erst sieht, wenn man im Hotel ist. Durch den Erhalt der historischen Bauweise gibt es keinen Aufzug: daher für Menschen mit Behinderung bzw. Einschränkung etwas problematisch : das Hotel weist ausdrücklich darauf hin dass es keinen Aufzug hat. Bitte vorher überlegen ob man die engen verwinkelten Treppen bewältigen kann. Auf jeden Fall reizvoll zu sehen und die Labyrinth ähnlichen Gänge zu erkunden: bekommt man sicherlich nicht oft zu sehen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr freundlich, die Zimmer komfortabel. Preis war ok.
