Outstanding property

Staff was in denial mode for everything and hospitality is not there in their behaviour at all. Don't know how they are operating it listing on Expedia with 3 star type. Kindly check all thing before booking or atleast choose option to pay at hotel.

Originally booked 3 nights here, ended up staying 6! Wonderful lady at the desk, very kind and helpful. Rooms were clean and showers very good. Noise from construction next door was not an issue at all as we were always out during the days. Amazing value for money. Lovely swimming pool too. Would definitely come back. Ignore bad reviews. From the moment we arrived, we were bombarded with endless warnings from the reception about being charged for lost towels, damages, and more. While policies are understandable, the tone was anything but welcoming.

When we got to the room, it was NOTHING like the photos advertised. Disappointed, we requested a room change, only to be moved to an even worse room. Yes, it had a balcony, but it overlooked the main road, where the noise was unbearable day and night. To make matters worse, the window was broken, so there was no escape from the chaos.

The room itself was a nightmare: mold on the walls, a foul odor, and worn-out furniture. The bathroom was a joke — the shower was literally on top of the toilet, making it impossible to shower without soaking everything.

On top of all that, they were doing construction work from morning until 6 PM, leaving the pool covered in dirt and debris, and the noise was relentless. We asked for help, but the rude receptionist, who was eating while speaking to us, simply said, “We’re full, there’s nothing we can do.” No effort, no apologies, just an unapologetically bad attitude.

When we finally left, no one even bothered to say goodbye. This place ruined the last week of our trip. Avoid it at all costs! It’s an absolute disappointment and a waste of money.

Noisy

The people running this hotel we're helpful and informative, location is great to walk to everywhere, and the beach walk was perfect... the people are great...highly recommend

Did not like this hotel, found a cockroach on my bed. The shower is right beside the toilet and theres not door blocking or anything. AC not working well.

Great location and rooms are great. Unfortunately I wasn’t able to book the suites which is my favorite room there with Mountain View. Staff is excellent in my opinion

Hallo Patong is a budget hotel,you get what you pay for. I was rather upset the very first few days but that was more due to 2 flight cancellations by Singapore airlines ( who did their utmost to accomodate us by the way)
Things that upset me was the support by booking.com, wich the same was with there taxi service ( customer service from booking.com, not the taxi itself , useless and non responsive)
We left lovely presents in the taxi and yup you guest right it dissapeared 😡and booking.com again useless.
To come back to the hotel,it grows on you,when you go through your booking you realise it was al there,also in the reviews.
The management is under very strict orders and they follow the guidelines, first answer with a problem is always a between yes or no. But the „ items“ I had a problem with were adressed by management.
The hotel is at the street side,and with the aluminium sliding doors and windows without the proper seals it feels sometimes ( actually all the time) as if you were outside on the balcony
We also were unfortunate to have a new market opened right next to our block and the festivities with music ( till 12 midnight !!!!) were horrendous the least,sometimes the musis was so loud you couldn,t even have a chat inside the room,and the music was of such a poor quality it was like a cat screaming for help.
Back to the room, first I have to mention that it was spotlessly clean, really!
The bed doesn,t get points,it is beyond repair and so broken that only new will help. They( management) tried hard to assist and added several ‚toppers‘ on it,while the problem was the area where you lay with your bud!
We took the toppers out and added one to the valley ( where the mattress is almost flat and that did help.)
There is hardly space for your clothing and minimum hanging space with minimum amount of hangers (5) but one makes it work ( my partner didn’t hear what I said to not pack to much)
Not enough hooks for hanging stuff ( bathrope or other stuff) was a frustration as well.
Aircon worked well , ( I did clean ,as I always do, the filter in the inside unit,which was due)
The bathroom ok for a backpacker,but we managed fine,they could attend to it though! On the picture you see the shower ( a handshower fixed on a bracket with only one screw(you have to open the tap in order to get it to stay in a position) which had enough pressure and hot water,but you could wet the whole bathroom if not used carefully 🤔
The toilet has a bidet handshower and the basin only cold water, but all again spotless clean.
Fresh towels and linen daily, with water and consumables ( coffee,tea,sugar,cremora)
Curtains that work and keep the light out.

Be careful with stepping in bathroom as the step down could hurt you! On the pictures you see warning after warning signs with fine amounts if you do something ( in their eyes) wrong.

We booked with breakfast and I loved the Thai section,of course they have the normal European selection as well, not a vast selection but tasty and fresh. Good for a day‘s start

The hotel has a good laundry service ( affordable!)
On the other side behind this hotel is their other hotel ( Allano puhket hotel) wich has a lift and the pool ( wich needs a lot of attention). So if you want to stay budget,you get NO LIFT ,and there are 6 floors !

Oh and do yourself a favour only rent a scooter from Kees and Mak , not MK !
Their places is a few shops from Hallo Patong.

Close to a great Mall. Reception is more strict than most other hotels I’ve been to. For those People complaining about hotel, we get what we pay for. The shower was pretty satisfying though.

Decent location to stay in. But the part that had my room, does not have any lift. So I need to carry my heavy luggage to 3rd floor. Room was decent and clean. It has refrigerator, but no microwave. Air conditioner was very weak. It needs 10 min to cool down. There were number of places to eat, agent, shops around the hotel. Big shopping mall is near walking distance. Also there is a grocery/fish market food market within 7~10 min of walking. I booked the hotel knowing that they have breakfast included but turns out that it was not. Not sure whose fault was that.

I booked the hotel as it said it had parking - it did not.
Even the 'welcome email' said I would be told about the parking on arrival - on arrival I was told there was no parking.
I thought breakfast was included - it was not.
The photos on the listing show a good condition room that appears to be a decent size. The room was small, the 'kitchen' had chunks out of the work surface and most of the cupboard doors were falling off. There was a condom packet left in the room in one of the kitchen cupboards.
Impressive? No.
Quality? No.
What I booked and paid for? No.

Nice clean place, friendly staff, close to everything. Good value

this is a budget hotel that has the comforts of a 5 star
It's located 15 minutes from Patong beach by walking
and just 5 minutes to Jung Ceylon the big shopping centre
It has a nice swimming pool at the top
Has a lift too
There's a restaurant below
Many massage shops very close
The staff are very friendly & helpful
Also has wifi
and has an internet TV

Staff very rude.
On their website they say free buffet breakfast included but it's just a scam, if you want breakfast you have to pay. So, once I got angry and I asked to talk with manager, the receptionist didn't collaborate and treated me as an idiot, then we called the police and she changed her attitude. Hope they will change staff employees or hope they will change owners. Peace and love, SCAMMERS!

P.S. The road is too noisy until 5 am

Short walk to every thing we wanted to see. Near plenty of eating places .
