Pros:

Camera confortevole, pulita e spaziosa con balcone. Buona la colazione con varia scelta di dolce e salato. Zona wellness molto ampia ma la temperatura esterna molto elevata di quei giorni non la faceva apprezzare a pieno. Buona la posizione per escursioni in zona

Cons:

Avrei gradito qualche sdraio o lettino in più nel giardino, vicino alla vasca idromassaggio.

Disappointing-not a 4* hotel
Pros:

The bathroom in the room.

Cons:

It is not a 4 stars hotel, unfortunately. The food provided was not of a a great quality. We had breakfast and dinner. Buffet was always the same, every day and options were poor.
If you wanted to drink some water the price was 5€ not included in the set menu.
No kettle in the room. For a couple of nights i requested some hot water for a camomile I brought from home. We had to pay 1€50 each mug of hot water. In a 4* hotel. We were not even informed of the price.
No slippers, vanity set or a small complementary bottle of water in the room.
The room was spacious but had a very old sofa and internet was not great.
Price is really too high for what they offer!

Sehr zu empfehlen
Pros:

Wir waren nur für eine Nacht auf der Durchreise zu Gast. Super freundlicher Empfang in dem wunderschönen und mit viel Liebe eingerichteten Haus. Leider vor Ort keine Möglichkeit zu Abend zu Essen. Nur für HP-Gäste. Empfehlung eines Restaurants in Sterzing. Da der Ort Wiesen etwas außerhlab liegt, mussten wir nochmal mit dem Auto los. Das Zimmer war mega schön und riesengroß, ebenso das Bad. Es gibt einen Balkon, elektrische Außenjalousien, einen Aufzug und Parkplätze. Das Frühstück war super schön angerichtet und alles da was das Herz begehrt. Das Personal ist mega freundlich, nett, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Colazione a buffet con prodotti freschissimi e fatti in casa. Davvero ottima! Stanza Davvero grande e confortevole.

Cons:

Peccato per il rumore della strada sentito perché le finestre erano aperte per il caldo...

Pros:

Das Schwimmbad ist ganz nett, aber eher klein. Sauna war nur teilweise in Betrieb. Zimmer war ok, aber nichts besonderes

Cons:

Das Bad ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Frühstück wurde lange nichts aufgefüllt, bis fast nichts mehr da war. Abendessen geht nur als teures Menü, sonst muss man das Hotel verlassen
Preis-Leistung waren nicht zufriedenstellend

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto tutto.

La camera era molto pulita, spaziosa e confortevole, con un balcone che offriva una vista fantastica. La posizione della struttura è ottima, comoda e ben situata.

Il personale è stato estremamente gentile e cordiale. Un ringraziamento speciale al signore della reception che ci ha accolto e che ci ha servito anche al ristorante: è stato molto disponibile, professionale e sempre sorridente.

La colazione era molto buona, varia e di qualità.

Tornerò con grande piacere

Pros:

L'hotel, non molto grande ma ben curato, è ubicato in ottima posizione, vicino a tante località. Il centro storico del paese è molto carino. La prima colazione è stata veramente ottima.

Cons:

Migliorerei sicuramente il materasso perché l'ho trovato un po scomodo
