We really liked the view from the breakfast room, the close proximity to Herculaneum, and all the restaurants in the centre. Only a short walk to the station too.
The room was big and comfy, and we made use of the fridge with our own items. Breakfasts were very nice, and the open area to relax was very pretty.
Someone is always on the desk, and it's very secure to get in, which we liked. They ordered us a taxi. Really helpful.
Can't think of anything bad! There were a lot of stairs? So not good for people with disabilities.

Precisa de verificar especificamente a água do chuveiro que era manifestamente pouca e também melhorar a oferta do pequeno almoço.
Olaszországban a csendes szót más értelmezésben kell használni, mint más országokban, de helyi viszonylatban valóban csendes környéken van a szálloda. A szoba tiszta volt, légkondicionált, az ágyak kényelmesek. Az egész napos kirándulások után ideális pihenőhelyként szolgált. A reggelinél választható citromos croassant kellemes meglepetés volt.
A fürdőszoba egy kicsit szűkre sikeredett, de a célnak végül is megfelelt. A reggeli kínálata egy picit alulmaradt a hasonló osztályzatú szállásokhoz viszonyítva, de természetesen nem maradtunk éhen. Kicsit furcsa volt, hogy teát, kávét vagy kapuccinót nem önállóan készíthettünk, hanem a felszolgálók jöttek az asztalhoz és vették fel a rendelést.

Ideal location directly opposite the entrance to the archaeological site. Comfortable 5' wide bed. Actual drawers to put clothes in which seems to be becoming a rarity! Small balcony. Breakfast "continental" - adequate for a 2/3* hotel. The town of Ercolano is built on a hill (courtesy of Vesuvius) so it's downhill from the station about 1 kilometer. Good economical choice for 1 night.
Bathroom cramped. Shower cubicle 700mm square and this was a "superior" room.

the staff was lovely, the hotel placed just in front of the heraculeaneum. Quite a long way from Naples, however, half an hour with train and metro could do it.

The locations
My wife had an accident where she hurt her hip and leg .while being shown to our room there were steps up and down on a lounge area, where she fell.There was no warning notice or yellow and black tape to highlighting the issues all round the hotel . The staff said this would be put in place but it had not been installed by the time we left.
We were not happy with the situation, and would like some thing done.

Our bathroom smelled like something died in it. Patio cushions were very dirty.
There were strange heat spots on the floor that may indicate an electrical or fire concern.
Some rooms were sold without windows. I think the booking might have said no balcony, but it actually had no windows. Scary fire hazard and safety risk.
Location was perfect,breakfast ideal and room although small we were happy.
Only failure,there was no kettle/tea/coffee facility.
