Pros:

Good location but mediocre accommodation.
Pros:

Directly opposite the entrance to Herculaneum. The terrace patio had nice ambiance. Staff was fairly helpful with travel arrangements.

Cons:

Pretty run down. Can be loud depending on what is going on outside. Elevator moves at a snail pace so expect to walk up stairs.

Breakfast was Continental but we knew this when booking.

Cons:

This hotel was not what I was expecting. By the pictures it looks like a 4 start hotel and it's even advertised as a 4 start. We booked a standard deluxe with the balcony. The room was small and made to look clean however it was gross. The bed cover "the blanket" had yellow stains all over it as well as the cloth headboard. There was no fitted sheet for the bed. Instead it was a flat sheet that didn't fit the bed so the mattress itself was exposed and didn't stay in place during the night. With that being said, seeing the exposed mattress was not pleasant as I'm sure you get the idea of what it looked like. In addition, there was a sign in the room indicating how much the room cost per minute and per night. Lastly, because I wasn't terrified enough from this gross experience; when passing the cleaning cart in the morning there was Raid on the cleaning cart.
This was my last two nights in Italy after spending a whole month. If circumstances were different for me I would have walked away and rebooked something else and took the loss but I wasn't in that position. Gook luck if you stay here.

Très bien accueilli par le personnel. A l'écoute des clients. Bon petit déjeuner et service.

Personnel à l'écoute donnant de bon conseil sur les restaurants, trains, etc ,petit déjeuner copieux, hôtel bien situé.

Cons:

Le matelas, le sommier grinçait au moindre mouvement. Nous avons vu des planches de bois sous le matelas.

Stanze pulite e ordinate
Pros:

La struttura è molto bella, le stanze sono pulite e ordinate anche se un po’ piccole. Abbiamo avuto un paio di richieste e lo staff è stato disponibilissimo
Il parcheggio è difficile da trovare in questa zona e il parcheggio convenzionato è stato risolutivo

Cons:

Il bagno emanava un forte odore di fogna, penso sia un problema del luogo più che della struttura ma è comunque poco piacevole

Molto carino e posizione comoda!
Pros:

Struttura davvero molto deliziosa e con una bella vista dalla stanza della colazione. Staff cortese e disponibile.

Cons:

La colazione non è molto ricca o varia, ma comunque buona. In stanza non sono presenti termosifoni all'interno del bagno, ma solo un condizionatore nella camera da letto, che fa anche dà riscaldamento, esterno al bagno.

Ottima Accoglienza, disponibilità del personale, upgrade della camera, camera e bagno spaziosi e puliti. Posizione ottima. Aree comuni ben curate ed accoglienti.. Buona colazione

voor een bezoek aan Herculaneum is het hotel oké
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst, ruime kamer, prima badkamer. Bedden waren goed. Voor een bezoek aan Herculaneum was de locatie prima. Bezoek is de moeite waard.

Cons:

Bij aankomst dacht ik dat ik een verkeerd hotel had geboekt, het aanblik was triest. Ook de buurt waarin het hotel lag voelde niet veilig.
De gordijnen op de kamer hingen half los, er zat schimmel op het plafond en er zaten veel scheuren in de muur.
Personeel in de ontbijtruimte was erg aardig maar ontbijt was simpel.
Parkeren eind verderop.

Adequate hotel in a very convenient location. No frills but great value for the price.
Pros:

Excellent location. Very convenient to dining, train station and Herculaneum ruins. Simple but nice breakfast. Very helpful and attentive staff that look to resolve issues.

Cons:

Mildew smell in room. Wifi in room was completely unusable.

THE DREAM TEAM ...
Pros:

je me suis fait voler mon tel en arrivant à Naples ....Puis carrément racketer par l'hotel Gre Ros à Naples .... C'est donc avec un immense plaisir que j'ai trouvé cette équipe du Herculanum hôtel pour me poser , contacter mes proches en France , reconstituer mes bookings et assister à un match de rêve au stadio Maradonna ....Ils ont tous été d'une gentillesse et d'une compétence rare ...Grazie Mille per tutti ...
