Overall a lovely little hotel. The room was well designed and appointed. Breakfast was great. Overall though it was the staff that sets it apart…simply the best.
Very little…maybe easier access to the shower….maybe being a bit more forthcoming with the complimentary coffee pods. All nitpicking though.
We love this property! Stayed there in 2016 and now in 2026. Lovely full breakfast and beautiful outdoor seating. Close to town center and so many restaurant choices! Ubers readily available too. The staff at the desk (especially Coral) and the restaurant are wonderful. The room with king size bed is very comfortable and the bathroom extremely clean. Would stay there again and again if we have the opportunity!
Not a thing
Friendly staff. Comfortable bed.
Nothing
Nada
Fierro Hotel was the best part of our stay in Buenos Aires. Florencia at the front desk was very helpful making reservations for restaurants, tours, and things to do. The breakfast every morning was fantastic. Even the day we departed, we had an early taxi to the airport. She arranged to have a continental breakfast brought to our room early because the dining area was closed at that time. The personal touch of the staff was some of the best we have ever experienced. We would definitely recommend Fierro to our friends as the place to stay in Buenos Aires.
The Fierro Hotel was probably our best hotel experience in or long history of traveling together. We came in two days early for our Odyssey tour of Patagonia Frontiers. We were picked up at the airport quickly and efficiently after a single email response to the hotel, which reached us to welcome us. When we arrived at 10:30 our upgraded room was ready for us. What a joy after our long flights from Portland Oregon.
The breakfasts are exquisite, with fresh squeezed orange juice great coffees and breads and fruits, plus cook to order eggs.
The location is relatively central. The room was spacious with an extremely comfortable giant bed with premium bedding.
The front desk was extremely helpful.
Es ist ein schönes Boutique Hotel, bei welchem gerade die wichtigen Kleinigkeiten alle stimmen. Das Personal ist nett, die Zimmer großzügig, der Service in jeder Beziehung makellos.

Fantastic service and updated, large rooms. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom was big. Loved the patio and breakfast. We had a wonderful stay.
This is my second trip to Buenos Aires and my second stay in Fierro Hotel. The rooms are genuinely spacious, beautifully laid out, modern and comfortable.
The team was incredibly accommodating from start to finish, and their recommendations were spot-on. Every dinner suggestion landed, and they helped point us toward attractions and neighborhoods that fit exactly what we were looking for. A special shoutout to Luciano for an absolutely fantastic massage.
We also loved the courtyard vibe and found ourselves spending time there whenever we needed a break. We took full advantage of the breakfast and the happy hour.
Modern accommodations with polished hospitality in a stylish setting—highly recommend Fierro Hotel and will happily return.
The hotel is really great but the staff were excellent. This is simply a wonderful hotel. It is managed with care and thought for the guest and the people working there are a credit to the people who hired them. One simple example, the breakfast starts at 7 am and finishes at 3 pm. So, if you are like me and had to pass through many time zones to get to Buenos Aires then a breakfast that allows you to sleep naturally until you wake is a gift. Also, the breakfast was really good.
Nothing, there was simply nothing wrong. Boutique hotels can be the most refreshing experiences when operated by people who care.
The staff were so lovely and helpful. The hotel was super clean, really comfortable room and beds and the location was perfect. They also offered an excellent airport transfer service.
Rooms are spacious and clean and so comfortable. Having the restaurant downstairs is so convenient, was able to get dinner delivered to my room after a long late night flight and check-in although the hotel location is central and safe and very walkable to many places in the Palermo district. Breakfast is filing and absolutely delicious! One of the best breakfasts I’ve ever had that was included with my room. Everyone who works here is incredible, the best part of Fierro is the staff. Thank you Coral for your kindness and recommendations!
Todo mas que excelente
The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. They had nice snacks and beverages within the room for us. The included breakfast was very tasty and had a large time window for flexibility. The neighborhood it is in is beautiful and close to some really great restaurants.
The hotel was in a nice neighborhood and it felt safe but not overly touristy. It’s very easy to uber in Buenos Aires. The room was big, there was a small pool, there was a patio off the restaurant and they were very kind about offering the use of a bathroom near the pool after you had checked out.
The hallways didn’t have great sound proofing so we heard a lot of noise. The breakfast was nice but didn’t live up to its high ratings. It was good but it didn’t have fruit and wasn’t memorable. The shower didn’t drain. But it was still a nice hotel.
This small hotel in Palermo Holywood is excellent. For those who value the personal touch that is missing from larger/chain hotels it is well worth considering. It is a short walk from many of the dining spots in Palermo Soho that you might wish to visit and is in a quiet safe area.
Although the hotel is not brand new, it is really well maintained and perfectly clean. Breakfast was served until 3pm (yes, 3pm) so for those who prefer to eat little in the morning but have a hearty lunch it is a great arrangement.
This hotel's shining star is its staff. The friendly, accommodating and helpful approach taken by all who we met was remarkable. For example, we had a late flight cancellation that meant we needed to rearrange our booked dates and this was readily accommodated by the manager. That was particularly gracious since the booking was non-refundable and non-cancellable so they were not obliged to help in this way.
I would not hesitate to return to this hotel when I am back in Buenos Aires.
