Didim'e ve yatch clup otele ilk kez geliyoruz.
Otel girişinde gayet güzel karşılandık. Sorumlu kişi çok ilgiliydi. Teşekkür ederiz. Oda temizlikleri gayet güzel yapılıyordu. Biz 4 gün 3 gece konakladık. Çalışan tüm personelleri gayet ilgili ve güler yüzlü buldum. Odamız

I have requested an extra bed in our “Deluxe Plus” room, and when I slept on it, I had several bite marks on my arms and legs (in the pattern that bedbugs bite, in clusters or in lines), and my mom, who slept in another bed had nothing on her. After checking the bed, I saw that the mattress was covered in yellow stains, and tiny blood marks, indicating bedbugs. This can be further proven by chipped wood behind the headboard of the bed frame. I had complained to management regarding this, and was told that “I have yellow stains on my mattress too”. Ok? But your house isn’t a so called luxury holiday where it’s nearly £200 per night. So we have been deflected by them and been sent on our way.

So with clear indications of bedbugs, we have been ignored. They don’t care for their extra portable beds, which to be honest wasn’t even comfortable. Regardless, if you are planning on staying here, don’t bother, just have a dinner at the restaurant and leave, since that’s the only good part.

A lovely relaxing overnight stay. Room was lovely and clean and a massive comfy bed. Staff were very polite and attentive, food was amazing the Turkish breakfast which is included in the price was more than enough we thoroughly enjoyed it.

Normalde her şey çok güzel ama cuma ve cumartesi iki gün üst üste saçma sapan eğlence akşamı yaşadık. Bir gün düğün bir gün de baya roman havası oynamalı mezuniyet tarzı bişey yapıldı. Kafa dinlemeye sakin ve nezih bir ortama gidip havuz başında Fatih Ürek haydi li li oynayan adamlar beklemiyoduk. Yine de mutsuz ayrıldık diyemem. Yat club dinlenme tatili için çok güzel bir yer.

A lovely hotel with lovely spacious rooms, nice pool and beach club and excellent food and service.

Kahvaltısı mükemmel, çeşit çok ve lezzetli, odalaöız çok geniş ve temizdi. Çok memnun ayrıldık

It was very comfortable, very nice place and great service.

Otel güzel ama çok eskimiş, bence yenilenmesi gerekiyor. Özellikle sauna çok eski ,yerdeki tahtalar yerinden çıkmış ve basarken oynuyordu. Sauna kokuyordu. Hamam temizdi ama su ılıktı ve buhar odası kapalıydı yerde de böcek ölüleri vardı. Restorant çok karanlık ,yemekleri kahvaltısı çok güzeldi ama biraz demode kalmış mutlaka heryer yenilenmesi gerekiyor . Renkler çok koyu ve kasvetli. Personel iyidi

ilk girişten çıkış yaptığımız ana kadar tüm çalışanlar saygılı güler yüzlü ve ilgiliydiler. temizlik konfor üst seviyede. yemekler mükemmel. gidene kadar aklımda soru işaretleri vardı ama tek kelimeyle mükemmel bir hafta geçirdik.

I feel staff may benefit from additional training for restaurant service skills that do not include delivering food on a trolley

The hotel is in a nice marina. The room was spectacular with two balconies and an amazing view. The restaurant at the hotel had a good menu and breakfast was good. However, the hotel is located in a secluded location, and you need a car. There was no restaurants or shopping available close to the hotel.

Liked everything it was a very comfortable stay in a great location. Staff are friendly and efficient.

Rooms are getting a bit dated and could do with an overall update. Duvet was a cheaper quality and didn’t have the luxury feel to it. Towels were very small and a little grubby. Dressing gown was also very old with threads hanging off it. Windows were dirty and the room could have been cleaned a bit better.
