I booked by mistake. Thought I was booking resort. Luckily we were able to access amenities at resort.

I enjoyed the stay and would stay again.
Pros:

Location, room size, breakfast, swim up bar were all great.

Cons:

Bed was a bit hard and the glass bathroom wasn’t something I liked, don’t like the window from the shower to the main room.

The location was good. Very close to the airport. Plenty of taxi's to jump in. The room was very comfortable and clean. Breakfast was good for the price. The pool was nice and quite with friendly staff

Perfect location and relaxing stay with excellent service
Pros:

We really lived while staying there room is neat and clean . I mean excellent condition what we requested , they provided us . Specifically, best swimming pool in front of cafe .

Pros:

It is perfect for a short stay as it is very close to the airport and have lots of shops around.

Cons:

Overall all good. I just didnt really liked that when I arrived at 4.30 pm and did the check in was possible at 2 pm but when arrived they made me wait for the room as it was not ready. Maybe something to improve.

Pros:

We were using the room to rest during a long day of travel from Lombok back to Australia. The check in staff offered for us to go into our room at 9am that morning which was wonderful for us to rest. Thank you very much !
