The staff were lovely, the room was as described. There was a rooster who screeched for hours at a time starting 5am that seemed to live across the street.

Nice room with a good breakfast

Booked last minute, so maybe a factor. The room had an odor, like they used some type of cleaning agent mixed with stale air, and wet wood. We kept the door open to get rid of the smell to no avail. Since we there only overnight we just tried to ignore it. They only offered twin or full sized bed which offered no comfort at all. The breakfast was nice, but had to request staff get rid of the ants that appeared out of nowhere. The pool was nice and clean, and probably the best thing there. It's located in an alley, so returning at night can be a bit... Anyway, for the price and only needed a rest spot, i gave it three generous stars.

Average hotel, off the main road via an unpaved side road. The rooms are not very sound proof and we had to wear ear plugs to get a decent sleep. Our friends had a room next to the bright Ipil sign with no curtains on that window! You could read a book at night with no lights on in the room.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to airport, bars, restaurants and the mall. The staff were lovely especially MJ the manager, nothing was too much trouble. The hotel was super clean, breakfast was basic but plentiful & tasty. Highly recommend.

Adequate room, exactly as advertised. Staff were welcoming and informative with any questions we had and breakfast was tasty in the morning. Thanks for our stay!

Great value, clean, comfortable room. Hotel was very quiet, so apart from pool and breakfast, there are few facilities atm, but that was fine for me. Great little water machine for hot and cold drinks, efficient AC. Its in a good spot for Rizal Avenue where you can catch a tuk tuk anywhere, but the street to the entrance is dark and rubbled, so take care. Staff friendly and the pool/ gardens pretty. Wifi good.
