It was financial extortion. - so far, prove me wrong.
Pros:

Are you freaking kidding me??? I cancelled this and am waiting for the refund. When I initially made the reservation is was for 1/24 to 1/25. Somehow your system changed the date, and I had to make the second reservation because the person at the counter did not know how to change the date back to what it was supposed to be.

I did not check in last night, I did not check out today and am getting a run-around to get my $180 back. I had to pay an extra $30 because of your defective reservation system (I would have gone to another hotel if the price was accurately listed but had to get to sleep with my co-workers)

The room was fine, breakfast was fine. Until the $180 is refunded, (Your offer to refund AFTER a $147 fee is ridiculous and rejected) I am paying over $00 for a $150 room.

So tell me, would any of that be fine with you?

If you have to be away from home, this is the place to be.

Everything was delicious, breakfast and happy hour. Love staying care as it is very close to where I work.

Cons:

We only had one working room key for our three bed suite of 6 people. The desk staff was not able to get any other keys to work. I also didn't know I had to pay for a second car to park. No milk for cereal at breakfast.

Would have had a very good experience if my bed wasn't so terrible.
Pros:

Location and breakfast was good. Location was actually excellent. Perfect for going to places. I also really loved having a kitchen in the room.

Cons:

The bed in my room was abyssmal. I could not sleep at all because I was so uncomfortable. The bed sheets and blankets are also quite bad. Ice machine in the room basically did not work, which wasn't that big of a deal but was kind of a bummer. But man that bed was bad

Pros:

We were given an ADA room that had a broken handshower and no standard shower head. The floor was dirty even our socks were black. I asked to switch to another room as we have a small child that needed to give her a bath. Management said there were no other rooms available and when I inquired on why I was given this room to begin with. They said it was because I booked via a third-party website and I have to get whatever is available. We will never come back here again or book from Hotels.com.

Place was nice, quiet and clean. Lots of stuff to do in the area. The Vampire museum is a must. Avoid Olivia Garden.
