Ich war nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Hotel .
Pros:

Zentral gelegen Langlauf Loipe vor der Haustüre. Im Skiraum hat es eine Werkbank mit der Vorrichtung für die Ski zu wachsen mit Schuhtrockner und abschliessbare Kästli für Material .

Nice hotel and location... But Attention for Clients to be improved

Cons:

Attention for clients to be improved. There was a discount of 20% on food if you were staying at least 4 nights. This information is basic and normally is given at the beginning of the stay, like breakfast time and how to access during nights... So just three basic information. We got this info the last night the tenant at check out mentioned that was written somewhere in the documentation given at beginning.. Maybe it's true I didn't read about it, but discounts info if available shall be given at beginning. So I basically paid about 150 CHF more just because I paid the same night of the dinner and not at check out. At least as a small sense of compansation of this misunderstanding the cost of water and candies could be given as free (20 CHF). However it could be partially our fault but also staff fault.. We booked every day dinner and no info about this discount was given.

A Christmas paradise away from home
Pros:

Simply everything. Charming old house, owners and all staff are exceptional, you feel like at home from the moment you step in the door. Also the restaurants and breakfast are great - in historic rooms with marvelous views!

Cons:

The sauna and fitness room are quite dated and in another building across the street, which in winter is a bit inconvenient. Some more vegan choices at breakfast and in the restaurants would be great.
