Great view, good hospitality, comfy bed, however No SMART TV, no shops nearby within walking distance, restaurants are at hotels nearby, pricey no convenience stores nearby so everything is travel by car or bike.

Not a bad hotel just feels a bit dated and in need of an upgrade. Pool was ok but a bit small. Good location, directly on the beach. Breakfast was decent but not amazing.

The Novotel is set in a lovely beach. We had a lovely 4 night stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is great! The only thing is the hotel is tired and needs a renovation in my opinion. Lots of broken flooring around the pool. Light fittings in the pool coming loose. Really slippy tiles behind pool bar. It was reasonably priced but probably because of the condition. Our room was upgraded which was lovely. The room was clean but again - tired. Overall had a lovely time!

This is a lovely hotel located next to Kamala Beach. Unfortunately we stayed only one night in an outstanding upgraded suite. Vwe would have liked to stay longer.

Pros:

As a single woman, I was initially given a room in the farthest building, where I had to walk through a very long and dark corridor. When I asked to change rooms, the receptionist ignored me and stared at her nails as if I were bothering her.

I was only given a different room after insisting and explaining that I was a member of the Accor group and had just arrived from the Novotel in Chang Mai

The location is great n close to dining n Casa Del Mar!
The property could use a little face lift. Ventilation in the bathroom was horrible and hot when I was blow drying my hair but I would still rec this property.
