Pros:

Thank you for the warm welcome and the help at the front desk,,wonderful stay
Pros:

The hotel is ideally located for organized outings as well as for nearby attractions (restaurants, shops)

Cons:

It's a shame they don't deliver breakfast, for example, but it's an apartment hotel with all the amenities, and the nearby restaurants serve breakfast

Unable to book parking, therefore reliant on street parking availability which fortunately was not a problem.

Overall, we enjoyed it very much. The spa was our highlight.
Pros:

Location was superb, room was clean and tidy.

Cons:

Spa took ages to run, at first the air vent for the oven didn’t work but manager fixed it. Our second nights stay, as serviced apartments the cleaners emptied the bins took the wet towels but never made the bed which was strange.
