Excellent
Pros:

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent large comfortable bed with TV in bedroom and also in lounge room. Laundry facilities were great as was kitchen. Top location, we were able to walk everywhere. Owner was lovely and very accommodating. We stayed at four different places during our NZ holiday and this was the best

Pros:

Ein sehr schönes Hotel im Zentrum von Rotorua. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, saubere, gut ausgestattete und geräumige Zimmer. Geschäfte und Restaurants fußläufig gut erreichbar. Das Highlight für uns war aber der große Balkon mit dem herrlichen beheizten Whirlpool.

A very comfortable and centrally located apartment near shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Centrally located in Rotorua’s CBD so close to shops and restaurants. Very nice apartment with spa on the balcony. Walk in shower. Large fluffy towels! Washing machine and drier was fabulous with washing powder supplied. Well equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Desk area. Large flat screen TV. Parking out the back was made available for us but is limited. Lots of parking out the front. The couple who run this Quest are very friendly, responsive to requests and insist upon a high standard of service from staff working for them. We stayed 5 days and found this to be the perfect spot for exploring all of the sights in this area. Quiet. Would return.

Cons:

Nil. Small niggles were promptly dealt with on the day by the friendly, responsive Manager.
