Zentrale Lage, sehr freundliches Personal, Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner auf dem Zimmer. Sehr empfehlenswert.
Parkplätze vor dem Haus 60min, und kostenlos zwei Querstraßen entfernt.

Pros:

Located right in the Central Business District. Easy to walk to restaurants, shops and market. Amenities were good, provided soap, shampoos, dish detergent, laundry detergent etc. The towels were nice and thick and the hairdryer worked great. Bed was comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. They gave suggestions for restaurants, closest market to buy food and gave maps of the area to help familiarize me with the area. Key entry to building required in evenings which made it feel safe (although NZ is very safe).

Cons:

I was there on a weekend which made parking free and easy (parked in front of hotel). However, if you are traveling during the week and need to park, I believe during the hours of 10AM - 6PM, you will need to pay and probably walk a little farther.

Nice and good value for money with all the utilities.
Pros:

Good location and spacious tidy apartment

Cons:

We got a clean and tidy apartment however the cleaning staff could have done a better job on next day and onwards. The bathroom floor specifically was not mopped properly on day 2 and 3. Rest all good.

Pros:

Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Excellent large comfortable bed with TV in bedroom and also in lounge room. Laundry facilities were great as was kitchen. Top location, we were able to walk everywhere. Owner was lovely and very accommodating. We stayed at four different places during our NZ holiday and this was the best
